The Burger Den — Restaurant in Dallas

Ordered from this place a couple of days ago (when Mavs shut out the Wolves). This place doesn’t even know its own menu! Deceptive practice: The Skyscraper is displayed as this towering burger with 2 patties eventhough you can’t see the bottom one. And for those of us who have more than a 4th grade level education can read that this burger has two ‘all beef patty.’ Based on what I READ, I selected the Skyscraper add bacon. Somehow the bacon made its way on this burger but the other patty was not included (per menu description). The Bacon Cheeseburger on their menu PICTURES TWO PATTIES! However, again if you read the description it states only one patty! So basically I get two of the same things- Bacon Cheeseburgers …where one was $18 and the other was $12! Tried calling their “business phone” but to no success…nothing! Just letting those know that even though you do your part as a responsible customer by paying attention to detail when planning your meal, the business can and do whatever they want to include deceptive marketing tactics to steal your money! WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS ILLITERATE IRRESPONSIBLE...

I arrived at Dennys at 2;39 AM and placed my order to go and while waiting for my order the cook come out to me and tells me she has to clean the grill so I go back to my motel across from Dennys and wait in my motel room until 3:46 am and go back to Dennys to pick up my order and when I get inside the cook is just standing around doing nothing at all so I say excuse me ma’am Im here to get my order and I get told that she hasn’t even started cooking my food so I give them a whole hour plus to make my order and still my order isn’t ready …..that’s ashame that they can’t make one order in over an hours time ….i will NEVER AGAIN go...

Food was okay.. nothing to be excited about but the service was horrible. They do not check on you once you order food, they bring it out and never came back again. I had to go up and ask for a to go box because every time I tried to get someone's attention they just kept walking. I wouldve understood if they were super busy but they weren't at all, they were avout half full and had four wait staff. Come on. The only reason I went here was because it was across from my hotel. I will not be going back because I'm not from here but if I were I still wouldn't. Save your money and save your time this place needs some...
