First and foremost, this coffee shop is inside of a hotel. That did take me a moment to locate. You can get complimentary valet parking from the Joule Hotel if you're there for less than 2 hours. I recommend having parking situation ready because as a first-timer, there was confusion on where I could park. There is also a Neiman Marcus garage that is diagonal from the entrance that has a low parking fee. Other than that, the place is very clean. It is a bit small but they have seating inside and right outside. It's a good and quiet place to do work. They do offer WiFi but I didn't see any plugs inside of the coffee shop. As for the quality of the food, their croissant was really good and fluffy. The coffee was also very good. I like mine sweet and simple so I'm a bit easy to please with coffee.
