This review is purely about breakfast experiences at this particular Chick-fil-A. I'm a busy, working mom and sometimes getting myself and my toddler out the door means I forget to eat breakfast. I really enjoy the sausage breakfast sandwich on an english muffin and their coffee, so it's usually my first choice for a drive thru breakfast. On two occasions picking up breakfast here, my sandwich was cold and the english muffin burnt and dry. This makes no sense because you can see a bunch of staff buzzing around inside, so why would the sandwich be cold and overcooked? I decided to give them one more try. The next time I drove away with my order and reached into the bag for my sandwich, and I couldn't feel any kind of warmth to it. I opened the wrapper and the cheese wasn't even softened on the meat. The muffin was burnt again. So this time, I made a u-turn, went back through the drive thru line and let them know my sandwich was cold. When I got to the window a middle aged woman in a manager's shirt was there. In a neutral tone, I told her the sandwich wasn't warm, that even the cheese is cold. Her response was, "well cheese is cold ma'am." My response was that if any part of the sandwich had been fresh when the cheese was placed on it, it would have softened or warmed. She said nothing, made no apology, and just got me a new sandwich, which ironically was a bit better, but only the muffin was warm. I determined I was done with this location for breakfast. But my husband wanted it on a day we had off together so we went through the drive thru. Again, cold insides, burnt muffin. So now, if I need a quick breakfast, I go to Burger King or Wendy's down the road, and you know what? Their sandwiches have been hot all the way through every time (no exaggeration) AND they have only 2-3 people working in the entire restaurant for breakfast. Their meals are also cheaper. I won't be returning to this Chick-fil-A location to pay for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave previously had some other complaints which were resolved, but it's always something new with this location. I give a bad review, they resolve the issue and I change it, then I come back and it's a new issue. There's no consistency with the quality here.
Came at a busy time for some lunch recently. Ordered through the app and was given an error message, and then my order was deleted, and then I was unable to put in another order. Go and ask if it's gone through, told there's a lot of people ordering and so the orders aren't going through. Wait in line with everyone to order, I didn't mind a wait cause I know it's busy and I appreciated them letting me know why the app wasn't working.
After waiting for my food, I'm given 3 orders. When I explain what happened with the app, what I was told by an employee, and that I only need one order, I'm told I'll be refunded for the mobile orders that somehow made it through. The employee takes away the extra food and I give her the receipts. I expected hwr to bring the manager over to make sure its alright and I honestly expected my meal to be comped or to be able to keep the extra food, but no. I was never refunded for those orders, despite me clearly speaking with an employee to resolve the issue, and I wasn't addressed by a manager or anything.
In short, the app glitched my order, the employee handled it alright but never resolved the issue, and I paid for 3 meals but only got one (because I returned the extra food but was never refunded). I've also just realized I wasn't given points for any of the orders! Though I think that's the apps fault.
Edit: this is the closest one so I keep giving them chances but it's always SOMETHING. My bagel was rock hard and burnt, i couldnt bite through it. I went once again this morning. The lines went quickly and customer service was lovely today, but my bagel was even worse than last time. It just need to be light brown, my entire bagel...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBy far one of the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Currently, we are under hurricane watch and people are, of course, frantic. I went to purchase a large order for others that I was standing in line with at Home Depot. After finishing my purchase and making my way make to Home Depot I noticed two chicken sandwiches were missing. I made my way back to the Chick-fil-A and upon speaking to one of the employees, Shelby, I was essentially told that I was lying about missing those two orders. She insisted that she had put it inside my bag and then I didn't know what I was speaking about. Not only was this beyond rude and unprofessional but this made the me as the customer feel as if i did something wrong. When I got the two chicken sandwhiches I made my way back to Home Depot only to find out that there was no chicken in both of the sandwiches. It is beyond me how you missed putting meat inside of a sandwich when that's all that supposed to go in it. I get again make my way back to the Chick-fil-A to speak with a manager Felix. Felix not only doesn't apologize for what has happened but doesn't hear me out either. When I tell him about the employee that essentially told me I lied he said that I needed to understand that everybody was under stressful circumstances. And my opinion no matter what circumstances you're under you can still be respectful and courteous to your customers. Like I said worst experience I've ever had there. Shelby, who was the employee wearing a blue shirt, was by far one of the rudest and condescending people I have met at Chick-fil-A. She should be fired or reprimanded...
