Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Davie

I absolutely love Costco, but the food court is run very poorly. The staff that works at the food court is poorly trained and VERY inefficient at their job.

I tried calling ahead to place my order and no one answers the phone. I went inside and placed my order through the kiosk. I then went shopping through the store, paid for my items, then went back to the food court to pick up my order. I waited nearly 10 minutes to pick up the pizza, yet my sandwich was still not ready. Had to wait another 10 minutes.

From the time that I placed my order at the kiosk, it was over 35 minutes total. People were coming up and paying cash at the register and getting their food immediately, yet the people paying at the kiosk were left to wait. What's the point?

This is not the first time that this has happened and I've spoken to the GM regarding this previously. Unfortunately, Costco doesn't seem to prioritize the food court the way they do the rest...

I really really really like Costco Pizza and have been a loyal fan for years now but today I found out that they discontinued the Combo Pizza, which was the best pizza for the money, but couldn't get a solid reason why they stopped selling it. I had to settle for their Pepperoni Pizza, which is also good, but when I get home and open the box the pizza is burnt in various sections, the pepperoni is not at all evenly placed and to top it off the slices were cut but what seems to be a child who does not know or care what a traditional Costco Pizza slice is supposed to look like. Very disappointed to say...

I didn’t mean to go to this Costco, but they blocked off the street with cones funneling everyone into their gas station. Literally I had to move cones to get out of the gas station whirlpool. I was late back from lunch because the artificial traffic jam flooded out into the feeder road. I don’t know what boneheaded middle management decision resulted in a public road being blocked off to organize lines into Costco gas pumps, but my next phone call is...
