First off, the staff is extremely rude. They don't even acknowledge your presence. Secondly, I placed an order online. It was $50.I left, got home and realized that my son didn't have his food. ( Chorizo wrap) When I got back to the store, I again had to wait for someone to even look at me, the first girl told me no,it wasn't missing, so I asked for a manager. Both women turned their backs and ignored me. The second lady finally spoke with me and let me know that she didn't have anymore which is why the second one wasn't there. They had let me walk out the door having paid for my food, knowing that the order wasn't complete. Are you kidding me? No manager on staff, and while standing here looking for a phone number to call, the one lady went to the back and pulled a chorizo wrap from the back. I can't make this up people. This is by far the worst Dunkin I visit. If not just for the rude staff every time I walk in the door. What happened today was theft. You took my product, then never offered anything more, never told me anything and let me leave. Do better! This whole rant is pathetic just because of pathetic employees and even more pathetic servie. Hopefully management or corporate sees this post, and is able to work on...
Read moreVery bright, organized and clean DD. However, the service is terrible!!! I ordered ahead with app and when I arrived 10 minutes later my order wasn’t complete. Only coffee was waiting…then a few minutes later the hashbrowns. I gave them a few more minutes thinking the attendant was going to bring donut and it didn’t happen. I had to call an older lady over to ask her about my donut. She went to go get it, and while doing so called back out to me to ask which donut after I had already told her. Incredible. The worst part is that there were three other people waiting and one gentlemen very kindly had sent his iced coffee back three times because the other lady couldn’t prepare correctly. I’ve been to this DD various times and service wasn’t great but tolerable.
This time I had to write a negative review because I couldn’t believe how bad the service was. I returned the next day just to see if they were just having a bad day, but no, service was terrible again.
Management please take a look at this as DD customers expect speedy, good service when using the order ahead app, and you’re currently not cutting it.

Read moreTook my order but I didn't get served until after I complained... having watched 2 customers who came in after me but seemed familiar with the staff (regulars perhaps) get their orders and leave. I had assumed maybe they were brewing the coffee still or something till the first guy got a iced coffee but when the lady after was handed a hot coffee like I ordered I was annoyed. Left the pickup area n went to the girl who took my order and got my donuts telling her that I was in a hurry.....she threw me a disinterested attitude and was kinda rude saying something in Spanish (to fast for me to translate) to another employee and telling me to go wait in the pickup area again as I watched her take 2 other orders she served them both coffee right away as they ordered. The other employee then got me my coffee after 4 people who came in after I did had been served & my coffee was incorrect and they had to redo it .... I ordered a regular coffee with French...
