I love Jersey Mike’s, but this particular store off Weston Road in Davie/Weston Florida must have employees that failed reading! I’ve been to this store 3 times, 2 online orders were incorrect. The last time was straw that broke the Camels back! I placed an online order for tuna sub, I customized this order to omit items I didn’t want. I drive 15 minutes to pick it up & 15 minutes back home. I opened my bag to find my sub soaked with oil & vinegar, who the F eats tuna like that? I called and they wanted to make a new one, I said I want my money credit back on my card, and I’m not coming back. The manager said I need to bring the sub back to show them the oil soaked sub. Either way I’m out 30-40 minutes to drive. I took a picture of the sub and told her to give me her Email & I will send a picture of sub and my online order, she wouldn’t go for that. Read more2024-03-29 The owner / GM must have a discussion with its staff stressing the importance of maintaining cleanliness, especially in the dining area and food prep area, a key part of their job responsibilities that is ongoing during their shift. I've dined here before and was happy, but on this day late in the afternoon, I asked the male employee if he and/or the female employee working with him in the back to please come out to the dining area and CLEAN the floor, chairs, tables and beverage area. Instead both went and hid in the back out of sight of me until I finished my meal and left. Another customer entered after employees hid in the back, nevervplaced his order with no employees in sight, maybe his last time here. Read moreI went into Jersey Mike’s on Weston Road today about 12:55 to grab a sub to go. Two people were being served, two more in line, I got behind them and waiited. There were 4 then 5 employees behind the counter, doing various things, not one person greeted me or the couple in front of me nor the lady that walked in behind me. No one asked for orders or acknowledged us at all. About TEN MINUTES LATER.... After we watch someone come in and pick up an online order, one of the associates finally walks over to us and says, sorry for the wait, our register is down or something, we can’t figure it out. Reallly? Wouldn’t you let us know that right away so we can make a decision as to stay or go?? Very poor customer service.
