Dirty Harry's Pub & Package — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

I cringe to the fact that I find myself so compelled to write such a review as what I'm about to deliver here, however, the experience that my wife and I had this evening is one that I genuinely believe should be shared.

Despite the wonderful atmosphere that this establishment projects there is an overwhelming lack of professional service provided by the bartender on duty this evening. Our experience was slighted by a greater attentiveness of the bartender to her personal cellular phone and seconded by what I could only sum up to her just not caring at all about what her obligations and duties are for such a position that she holds. It felt as if we had to extend ourselves to begging for her service!

As a business owner myself, I am at a complete loss as to how such a well-placed and well-constructed venue could fall flat on it's face when it comes to it's choice of this bartender. Your staff represents you, your business, and at the end of the day, your profitability.

I would recommend anyone traveling through Daytona Beach to avoid going to this venue. There are many other establishments along Main St, Seabreeze, A1A, etc, that you can go to where your patronage will be...

Went 7-27-21 had a friend with me and had one drink a peace. Waited patiently for the first drink before being acknowledged. Tried to order a second drink and was completely ignored. Bartender asked twice if anyone needed anything before she took care of something else, the first time she did not hear me (thanks to someone that was putting together a play list of songs and turned up the music) second time she asked she made direct eye contact with me and I requested another drink, she completely ignored me and did what she needed to do. After coming back she asked if I wanted another? Said no tab us out. Gentalman near us was apparently more important than we were as Bartender just sat there's BSing with him without even paying attention to the bar or my empty cup on the rail. Might give this place another shot provided if there is another bartender present. BTW there were only 3 other paying customers present, my friend and I made 5. Tab for 2 drinks was only $7.50 I left a $2.50 Tip , shouldn't have left a tip at all. Bartender missed an opportunity to have somewhat of a decent night. Took our...

Well, how do I start... the atmosphere is very New York meets Daytona Beach... open seating with large bar and.... wait for it.... FREE POPCORN! always a plus when drinking and the munchies arrive unexpectedly. Bartenders are fast and attentive and diligent. Drinks are poured heavy so pace yourself when downing shots. Cab, taxi,(if there is a difference) and uber and lyft are readily available so no need for irrisponsable driving. As far as entertainment..... GREAT Karaoke! Plus random acts performing live music mainly depending on Events. Pool tables.... let's see, what else?.... it is a smoking allowed venue but people are predominantly respectful with there habit so no worries there. Other than that it's a must see in Daytona!!!!
