McCoys Rum Room — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

I gave it 5 stars because it is one of the nicest hotels in Daytona. Daytona beach area is one of the older beach areas and it is going through renovations to improve the area. Again, 5 stars given because it is one of the nicest hotels in the area and ideally located right on the boardwalk. I did not give it 5 stars because it is an absolutely beautiful hotel, but it is nice and, in my opinion, the best place to stay in the area. Not to say it is not well kept. It is worth staying at. The rum room has a nice selection of rums (nothing too out of the ordinary but still a nice set) and has some good drinks on the menu. Unfortunately, if you ask for a common drink that isn't on the limited menu you will be out of luck. The drinks also tend towards the overly sweet side.
