Beyond Juicery + Eatery — Restaurant in Dearborn

I come to this location (on Michigan Ave, Dearborn) pretty often in passing, usually catching them near closing. I used to be kind of iffy about this location, because a few times the workers seemed kinda rude(they wouldn't speak to me during my whole order, not even a friendly face). What redeemed them was a worker named Emad(Imad?). I think he's a manager. Once, I'd ordered a salad and someone made it with some bad kale and it smelled up my entire car by the time I got down the street. I was in a rush so I couldn't return it right away. He was very nice about it and offered a new salad/a refund. I forgot which one I chose but it took me a day or so to come get it. He still had the staff members honor it without seeming annoyed. I also saw him at my favorite location, (on Ford Rd, Dearborn heights) pretty often and his behavior was consistent(he probably doesn't remember the salad thing)....

I had an incredible experience at Beyond Juicery! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and upbeat. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure every customer felt taken care of. The service was fast without ever feeling rushed, which I really appreciated.

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious—fresh, vibrant, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Whether you’re into smoothies, juices, wraps, or bowls, there’s something on the menu to satisfy every craving.

First time I went food and smoothie was great decided to go back and this time it was horrible this place is too expensive for the taste of the food to be inconsistent!!! I asked for no avocado and somehow my wrap was loaded with it and I couldn’t enjoy my food had to toss it out!!! What a waste of time and money!!! Wanted a refund but didn’t feel like driving all the back there!!! Will not be coming back here!!! I can say the smoothies has been good every time I came here!!!
