I usually don't buy drinks for breakfast other than tea from other restaurants, but I decided to try Dunkin's golden hour refresher. The medium size is usually $4.29, but with the app it's only $3. Okay, now they got me hooked on this drink. I've actually picked it up along with either a kolache or a breakfast wrap like 10 times this month! This drink is so good! I don't like a lot of ice in my drinks and often order drinks with no ice, so I'm glad there is a less ice option on the app. They have done a great job every time about giving me very little ice, so I can enjoy more drink. Once, they have me a croissant sandwich by mistake at the other location instead of the wrap I ordered. The croissant is toasted and the bacon is a little sweet and crispy. It's pretty good as well. I've ordered two times since. I don't care for their donuts, because I'm a Shipley gal, but occasionly for nostalgia reasons I'll get a box of munchkins or a chocolate creme donut. Unfortunately they only have like five flavors of munchkins now. They no longer have the jelly, the old-fashioned or cinnamon covered one's in the Houston area. They still have them in the Northeast US.
All of the kids at the Deer Park location are super nice, but that petite Hispanic woman that works there is extremely rude. She yells on the drive-thru, and when I was at the window she was yelling at the kids. I felt really bad for them. I've seen others complain about her as well, so I don't know why they keep her there. She's horrible. I always order on the app and told her my name and number over the speaker. She says you mean 0119. It's the same, but my app had #119. Then she's yelling at me telling me it's 0119. OMG it's the same thing, but it's what the app said. Another time she was making my drink and putting in the regular amount of ice, so I told the girl at the window. She told the woman who looked at the ticket, then proceeded to tell at the girl that she knew it was less ice. The kids that work there shouldn't have to put up with her BS. I'll still go for the drinks and breakfast, but I'm going to contact corporate about the way that woman treats everyone. She needs...

I pulled up to get my order (im only one in line) & noticed my drink still needed to be stirred (like I asked the lady in the mic) but no problem it gets over looked sometimes. Asked girl at register if she could get it stirred (since its impossible to stir w/o spilling in car because they fill it to rim). She looked at me "like why?" w/ an annoyed face then proceeded to shake/swirl the cup in front of me, finally realizing that wouldn't work. She asks a guy w/ a ponytail behind her to stir it & he gets an even worse attitude & asked "why?, she ordered a Macchiato"(large eye roll/huge attitude) . I hear lady from the mic in the background say because she asked for it. She asked for it upside down. So he listens to that lady, yanks drink from register girl & starts to stir while complaining loudly to another girl who showed up. Telling her if I wanted it stirred, then I should have ordered a different drink & proceeded to tell her all the drinks I should have ordered. All this time, there are like 5 employees in my eye/ear shot standing around watching what's going on, all making annoyed faces, scoffs, eye rolls, etc. Horrible service! No care in the world to how loudly rude they were being. The guy wanted me to hear for sure. Trying to make customers feel stupid isn't smart. He did this all on a table right next to the window. The girl at the register honestly looked to be in a haze. I'm not sure if she was just tired, but it looked more like just being out of it. I will never go to that location again. The manager needs to retrain all the staff at this store #352168 (on 6/6/23 @ 9:08am) And if that wasn't enough, they got our order wrong and had to ask to get my receipt 😑. I'm no expert on coffee. I like my drink how I like it. Their job is to make it how I order it. If they want to give me a recommendation on something like what i ordered, then please do. Read moreI wish I could give zero stars. I'm disappointed that I have to leave a negative review. Initially, I called the corporate office to express my concerns, and they assured me that someone would contact me. However, it has been two days, and I haven't received any calls or responses.
When I visited the restaurant, I ordered two drinks and a breakfast sandwich. The person at the drive-thru window handed me the drinks and instructed me to pull around to the front so they could bring the sandwich to me. After waiting for 15 minutes, I still didn't receive my food. I went back around to inquire about the delay, but no one seemed to know what was happening. The person at the window started arguing with another employee who had taken my order, and they began blaming each other.
All I wanted was for them to address the issue and resolve it. It was extremely unprofessional to witness them arguing among themselves while I was waiting, and they completely ignored me. They made a mistake with my order, and I had to raise my voice to let them know that I needed to get to work and simply wanted a refund.
