“Dear McDonald’s, Could you please hire people who are courteous to the customers and have an appropriate level of intelligence for their positions, rather than people who CLEARLY don’t care AT ALL about customer concerns and simply smile at you when you’re expressing a concern, which is NOT courtesy. “
I ordered an iced coffee and one sausage McMuffin on the app. Arrived 3-4 minutes after ordering. Was in spot 1 at 7:49 There were 4 cars in drive thru line and 1 car in spot 2. After three minutes, an employee delivers to spot 2. Now there’s 1 car left in drive thru. After 9 minutes (it’s now 7:58), I decide to walk into the building. There are exactly 4 customers. Two sitting and two standing waiting for food. An employee then comes in to start her shift (clearly she just arrived). I wait longer. At 8:02, an employee brings out ONE coffee for an elderly man who’d been waiting. I then say, “Excuse me miss. I’ve been waiting 12 minutes for a coffee and muffin. “ She turns back and starts speaking to her colleagues. Then 1-2 minutes later brings out my coffee (or better started, my cream with a splash of coffee) and muffin. I ask, “is there a reason it took now 13 minutes for this order? Is something broken?” She simply smiled with the most “I don’t care at all sir “ attitude and said, “We’re short staffed”, as if she’d been rehearsing that line as a standard response to any complaint or concern. I respond with, “How many people does it take to make one coffee and one muffin? When I arrived there were four cars in drive thru. They’re all gone and there’s no one in here ordering, so, why did it take so long?” “We’re short staffed ..” she replied, and walked away. I look into the kitchen and see three women. I did not see the forth that I mentioned walked in earlier. So FOUR women now and NO customers in line or drive thru.
I know this is McDonald’s. I know people say, “what do you expect from minimum wage workers”. But, I’d expect them to do their jobs as hired to do and at minimum, be respectful and care about what you do. I may not be paid what I’m worth or would like (and I know ) , but I do still have self respect in what I do and for others, especially customers. It’s not that hard. But this was very very aggravating! So I’m late to work now!
Pictures show the empty drive thru as I walked out and nearly empty lot and people in the kitchen and nearly empty inside and time stamp on the order printout of 7:51 ( I got my food at 8:03, ONLY because I walked in for it!!).
Pass on this site. These folks don’t care, and this is not the first experience like this. Just my first posting of it.

Read moreMy order on 2 separate occasions in the same day were very poorly assembled the burgers I order both times were very careless and sloppily put together and had semi-stale buns on them. Also the amount of ketchup/mayonnaise/BBQ sauce applied to my several sandwiches on both separate visits was very very excessive. When I unwrapped my sandwiches it was all globbed on one side of the sandwiches with meat and any other toppings hanging out of random different sides of the burger. Complete garbage in my opinion. The atmosphere was not welcoming in any way. There was maybe 5 similar aged employee's children all bouncing wildly all around the lobby and in the seating areas. The employees seemed to have no control or even care about wat they were doing as if the restaurant lobby and eating areas were their own personal daycare or something. Also every employee I had an interaction with both visits on same day were very unfriendly, unprofessional, rude, and seemed like they could give a care less about standards of food served or customer service offered. The lady at the counter rolled her eyes when I kindly asked for some ketchup for my cold fries she had chosen to put in my bagged order. All around a complete unsatisfactory visit both times on same day. I would almost guarantee that is how every customers experience possibly even on a daily basis goes. It's shameful to have the McDonald's logo posted on this establishment. And also shameful that customers just accept that that is just how it is and that food is probably unsatisfactory and still purchases it and would rather just eat the poorly prepared and cold/stale items without mostly even a bad remark because that is honestly easier than bringing it to the employees attention and requesting a remake to at least company advertised and should be standard of food served. Because then it's almost as if the employee retaliates and treats u 2-3 times as poorly as the initial 1st visit. If I could give this location overall negative rating of stars I would rate it with a negative star rating. Also why I didn't even give a 1 star rating for each of the three sub-categoried options (food, service, & atmosphere). They didn't even qualify for even 1 star. McDonald's corporate should be ashamed for this being the growing reputation of more and more of it locations. The company standards have definitely lowered themselves immensely. It's just sad that they are such a big corporation and almost force their paying customers to just pay for it and accept it however sub-standard way and not expect anything more and...
Read moreThis location always FAILS to get my order correct. I always order a caramel frapp'e NO WHIPPED CREAM. On numerous occasions I receive the wrong size, it has whipped cream on it or the drive thru attendant orders me a sundae. Totally unacceptable. I'm very clear when ordering and the staff doesn't seem to care either. My most recent visit today I ordered the usual; medium caramel frapp'e NO WHIPPED CREAM. The drive thru attendant asked me what my order was which isnt my responsibility. They should know what I ordered based on the cars in line. I gave him my receipt. He hands me one with whipped cream. I told him that's not correct. He tells me to wait in the curbside lane and someone will bring it out. I waited about 5 minutes and he brings out another frapp'e with whipped cream. I told him that it's stll not correct and my receipt clearly has NO whipped cream listed. He walks away without acknowledging me and so I waited almost another 10 minutes. I've had enough at this point and I went inside. Apparently it was made a third time and was sitting on thr counter. Nobody bothered to bring the correct frapp'e out that third time. Another person in the drive thru came back in after their order was incorrect as well. This location is very unorganized, the line is unnecessarily long in the drive thru and the employees are incompetent and careless. The ony reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because the manager on duty apologized when I came in and didn't know why the correct frapp'e wasn't brought out to me amidst her handling the dining room and drive thru. I stop at this location for the close proximity to my residence, however I may drive to another location a mile away so I don't have another...
