Since contacting the owners via their contact form on their website, they replied back mentioning they have gotten numerous reviews about the same girl and she has been let go. Prior to her working there, all of my experiences there have been fantastic as all of their food is delicious and the two guys who run the shop are very nice and accommodating. It seemed as the girl they hired did not have the company's best interest in mind. Going forward I cannot wait to go to Manzano's again!

OLD REVIEW: I want to make a complaint about your staff. The girl that works there is very rude. I was rushing to get to your store before 4 pm to get a sandwich to take to work. I walked in at 345 and as soon as she saw me, she said we are closed. Another young fellow pointed at the door and said "the sign is off on the door, bud." She then proceeds to say "and you just walked on our wet floor" in a very sarcastic and demeaning tone. I mean if you are only open for a short period of time, why would they stop serving customers 15 minutes before they close down. Most shops would serve until the last second, make sure all customers are taken care of, then start cleanup after. The last couple of times I walked in expecting to see the two older gentlemen who were working there, she has been there and always seems to have a poor attitude, doesn't say thank you, and is very short with customers. I love your sandwiches so much and used to love going in here for the small town feel. But now I feel as your employee is going to drive off more customers,...

Listen LEMME TELL YA. Had Manzano’s for the very first time for lunch yesterday. Dreamt about it, woke up, had the other half of my sandwich for breakfast…. Proceeded to go to work and make the best money of my week. My buddy and I got the Rocco and the OK Corral, PHENAHHHHHMENAL. I walked through the front door and the aroma stimulated my senses immediately. The staff was incredible and I felt at home, I’m not from New York, still felt like home. 20 outta 10 will recommend and will not shut up until you go and try it. Stop eating mediocre sandwiches from mediocre chains, support your home town business or have the culinary experience of a lifetime if you’re visiting. Over stuff yourself with no regret. Waited 1.5 hours for the door dasher. Food arrival time was 45-65. Then at 1 minute it changed to another 65 mins. Called n no one answered at manzanos. Door dash said food will be ther in 35 minutes. And guaranteed it would be fresh. Literally was cold to touch. Not just not hot. Cold. Gross and old could not eat it. Called customer service and they said sorry I’ll give u 10$ credit. My order was 49$. Idk if they serve good food in restaurant but wat they let go out for delivery was terrible. I can handle a bad experience but this was almost unbelievable. Plus now I gotta go spend more money and more time to feed my kids. Only ordered from them because kids had practice and I worked late. Now kids are starving and everyone is goin out for dinner. And they will be late for bed time and I wasted 40$.
