The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Delaware

The ABSOLUTE WORST service experience I've ever had!!! Waited for over an hour and all we got was one drink and we asked for straws twice and ended up having to go get one of the hosts (Mack) to go find our waitress (Kayja). Apparently unbeknownst to us our waitress (Kayja) "had an emotional outburst" and walked out. Nobody said anything. They just went on about their business like it was normal. Different servers start coming in and out, never introduced themselves and were even bringing food from the wrong tables. It took almost 45 minutes to get STRAWS!!! I ask to speak to the manager (Craig) and he shows NO empathy whatsoever. Was totally nonchalant about the whole thing and just says "yeah she had an emotional outburst and walked out so she's gone" and "I've got other people taking care of you now so you're good". I'M GOOD??? WHY WOULD I BE TALKING TO YOU IF I WAS GOOD CRAIG???? This is the guy that is supposed to de-escalate the situation??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? So I told them to keep the food and we left. Absolutely TERRIBLE! I will tell everyone I know not to patronize this place. If you work in corporate or own this place - have Craig wash the dishes. Dont let him talk to people anymore. He doesnt represent you well AT ALL! I was annoyed before I spoke to him. I was so irritated I wouldn't even wait for my food THAT I ALREADY WAITED AN HOUR+ FOR after i talked to HIM. MACK was cool though...he tried to help. Kudos to him. Fire...

Went to this Green Turtle establishment just a few days ago. Ordered a crabcake which came with slaw and french fries. Since i dont like slaw and did not want french fries due to my diet i asked if i could please have brocolli in place of the fries and slaw. Staff said they could not do that and if they did i would have to pay an upcharge of 2. 00 which I found absurd. Therefore got a chicken meal instead that included brocolli that had appx. 6 florets. Why they couldnt have given me the 6 floret brocolli to me in place of the fries and slaw in the crabcake meal is beyond my comprehension. Did call manager next day and he said quote. The 6 brocolli florets would have cost the restaurant more money to replace the fries and slaw for me. Can you believe this! Six florets costs more then bunch of fries and slaw. I will never go to this restaurant ever again. I have gone to other Green Turtles and have Never had an issue with a replacement on sides if i didnt like a side. I would love to hear back from the district manager of this...

Just left there. My daughter left her wallet on the table and it was stolen by someone working there. The manager was very non chalant but they tried to blame it on the family that they sat in the chair . Why would they seat some family at a table with a wallet on it?.... Because the wallet was removed before they seated them. She's a prison guard and my other a cop. It's crazy to work so hard and can't enjoy a night out without someone stealing in a place you just spent $200 in and tipped $45.😡 Manager is rude and has a really bad attitude. So we called the police and we arrived back after they claimed that they couldn't find her wallet and miraculously all the staff was missing along with the manager but her wallet was at the hostess station in the front beware this place has thieves working.
