Hot Spot Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Delaware

I ordered a Chicken Rancher Sandwich online and it says it is Grilled chicken, but when it was delivered it was fried. I double checked the online menu again and the receipt to make sure I ordered the correct sandwich and I did. I called and spoke to a women and told her she told me the chicken rancher sandwich isn't on there menu and then said its fried. I told her im looking at the menu right now, she said let me get the manager. So he gets on the phone and I tell him the same thing he says that it is fried and he doesn't know what it says on online. He says "what do you want me to do?" and then says hold on he will check online which he did and saw that I was right it says grilled he then says "what do you want me to do? It's a honest mistake" I said I want a grilled chicken sandwich he then asks me my name and address (never asked me what I wanted on my sandwich) and then says ok ill send u another sandwich but this is the only time because it is fried. That is when I lost it! he was very unprofessional and rude. I told him to forget about it . He is supposed to be the manager and yet he kept asking me what do u want me to do about it. I want you to send me a new sandwich and correct the mistake!! I will never order from this...

I have gotten hotspot before and there have been issues, but this time was the worst. I called to place my order at 1145 of a York with side of cheese sticks. I told the guy who answered the phone I will pick up at 12:10 bc I don't go to lunch until 12. I spelledy name and he still said it wrong, I correct in home and he said see you at 12:10 and I said yes and hung up. I get to hotspot at 12:11 and I told the woman who I was and she said your not supposed to pick up until 2:15. I said no I told the guy 12:10 and he said it back to me. She then starts talking not in English to the guy and they basically called me a liar and said your will have to wait for us to make it. I said I work at the hospital and don't have time. I'll take two slices of cheese pizza. She then tells the guy at the grill not to make original order bc I'm taking pizza. I still wanted 10 mins for the pizza. By the time I got back to work I only had 10 mins left of lunch. And the pizza was horrible to top it off. Won't be going there again the food isn't that great. Had they not said to me it was the computer screen that caused the time issue and said sorry I typed it wrong maybe I wouldn't have...

This used to be a great place. Good was amazing, polite service, etc. Since Mario hasn't been there everything is terrible.. I work nearby and always order from them for lunch. Whoever the woman is that is there on Sundays is she is bad for business. She is rude, messes up orders, changes prices just to be obnoxious. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup, she had them send me a burger with tomato sauce all over it. I ask for fries with salt and pepper on them she dumps a ton of salt on the fries so they aren't edible. Then says they can't do refunds. Lol I find tht hilarious. Especially since I send them so much business. They don't have to worry about tht any more. We have sports events weekly and teams always want pizza. I will never recommend this place again after the way this lying, unprofessional woman has treated me over and over again. I have literally waited months in-between ordering hoping things got better.
