Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Denton

This taco bueno has very unprofessional staff working the drive thru window. I tried to order two big freakn burritos with no lettuce or tomato, but the woman taking my order continuously refused to get my order correct. When we finally landed on the burritos, I then asked for the sauces to which she somehow heard "quesadillas". No idea how you get "quesadillas" from "sauces". On their menu they have listed, jalapeño ranch, Chipotle ranch, and chili sauce, etc. I asked for 1 of those three each. She said they don't sell Chipotle ranch, and I said that it shows it on the menu. She proceeded to talk over me, telling me they don't have it. I was trying to tell her the only reason I asked for it was because it IS listed on the menu. She continued to talk over me, and I drove away not wanting to deal with it anymore.

This location seriously needs to either change the menu or put a sign saying they don't have the product and please have a talk with the staff about professionalism. I love eating from taco bueno, and this is the only location on this side of Denton. If you want to keep customers, treating them rudely isn't...

Been here several times, no problems. Last night was absolutley vile. I went to this taco Bueno location around 8:30 PM on Tuesday, April 18. When I got to the window, I told them I wanted a Buenochilada platter. The total was a bit different than the usual, It was 10 dollars and some change. I got to the window wondering what the difference was, and found out I had been rang up with a Wholelotta platter. The woman who rang me up was skinny, and perhaps of mixed race. She then responded very snarkily "I know I heard Wholelotta platter but its ok I'll fix it" and I said "No ma'am I absolutley said Buenochilada" and she proceeded with attitude to say "Ok whatever" and as she was beginning to put my card in the terminal I said, "Ma'am give me my card" she held my card and said, "No I'm going to fix it" and held it close to the terminal I then reapeated "Ma'am give me my card" and she said, "What you dont want it?" And I said "Absolutley Not". Not only did she display copius amounts of disrespect, she also refused to give me my card when I asked for it upwards of 2 times, needless to...

This location will be out of business within a matter of months and deservingly so! The location is horrible and the lights on the building haven’t worked properly until recently. The manager constantly seems like we are a huge inconvenience just by trying to eat there. We arrived nine minutes before closing tonight at the drive through… not ideal if agree but come on, you are fast food. They turned the lights off after we pulled up and then shut off the menu board after that. We won’t be going there again but it won’t be an issue in a few months when they are out of business. What happened to Taco Bueno? Used to be the best drive through tacos and now there locations are closed before posted hours (not just this location but others as well), closed down completely, poor food, and employees that could care less. They done deserve one star but there isn’t an option...
