Not too pleased with this location after ordering from them multiple times. I usually get deliveries which aren't "freaky fast," and more like average. But, my experience tonight led me to write this average 3 star review. I placed the order for carry out. I get there 20 minutes later (as indicated by my order time stamp in the app) expecting the order to be waiting for me, but the staff claimed they didn't get any app orders. I corrected them and promptly showed them my confirmation email, and all I hear is "oops." I got my sandwiches, but I had to wait as if I just walked in and ordered, so what's the purpose of planning ahead and using the app? I asked for a couple free cookies for having to wait and got some slight flak from the staff, saying that it wasn't their fault. I explained how it was bc everything on my end, like the confirmation email and confirmation within the app itself, indicated that my order would have already been made upon my arrival. Needless to say, I got the free cookies. But I guess what should I expect from 3 college doofuses working the evening shift until close. Perhaps management should reevaluate the staff and advise them to frequently check the computer system for app orders instead of lazing around and perhaps going out back behind the dumpster to smoke a doobie! This place... Ugh. Ordered ahead online. 3 hours ahead. Pick up at curb option which was an option provided by the company on the website. Checked in online when I got there and waited several minutes. I'd personally never been to this location before and saw that parking was going to be difficult. After waiting for a few minutes I called. The guy who answered tells me they don't do curb pick up anymore and he doesn't know why that's on the website because he's not doing it. " I guess you have to come inside to pick up the order". Drive around and find a spot to park in front after a few laps. Go inside, no order in the pick up spot. Wait in line another 10 minutes. Can't find the order but then locate the ticket after aggravated searching. Wait another 10 minutes for order. Get outside and there's a 45.00 parking ticket. I didn't see a meter when I got out so I guess there's a parking station somewhere out there. My trip here cost about 57.00 plus 30 minutes of dealing with complete idiocy. While I was waiting I noticed the place was filthy. No soap in the restroom either which tells me that "employee must wash their hands" sign is a fallacy. I order corporate lunches from this place. We've spent a pretty penny here. We send a runner to pick up. I had no idea the condition of the place or the service was this rank. Never again. At...

I went to this location on friday september 22. I saw on the website that this location closes at 9:00pm. i showed up at 8:40pm to get some sandwiches and the door was locked. the girl who was working at the time came to the door and said that she’s closing early because it was a “slow day” (not her call) and then when i asked if she could make me a sandwich, (because theoretically they should still be open) she said “sorry i already threw out the bread”. she then shut the door and proceeded to close the location for the day. I was shocked and I will never go back to that location. Terrible customer service, and terrible experience and as someone who works in customer service you should never turn away a customer like that.
