Stayed at the Marriott for a weekend conference. Since we had limited options for travel Volt was an option that seemed readily accessible. Since we got there on Thursday evening and it was slightly crowded, I took into account the poor service and the weak/over priced drinks. They were understaffed and it just seemed as though it was an odd night. Then Friday early evening there was hardly anyone at the restaurant so myself and a group of 7 decided to give Volt another try. It took 30 minutes for drinks, 1 hour for COLD FOOD another 30 minister for new food (warmer food) and another hour for the check. When speaking with the manager about the terrible experience all he could say was, "sorry" did nothing to compensate the 3 hours wasted for piss poor drinks and semi decent food. My experience is that the service is always MI friendly, meaning no attitude and politeness. Seating is comfortable and it's a spacious place.
