I really want to give at least 4 stars - I truly do BUT the constant miss on my daily orders won't allow lol. First, there's these girls that work in the AM that just make my day. They are so cute and bubbly and put a smile on my face. Again, I come just about every morning before I go into work. They always get my iced coffee right but if I add ANYTHING like food there's always an issue. One day they gave me someone else's bag (with their name on it and not mine - I always order ahead on app) If I redeem points for free food they NEVER give it to me. I have to ask for it and they'll make it up on the spot. Today they forgot my munchkins. If they could get the food orders right it'd be at least 4 stars from me. The drive thru line can be wonky and backed up but I've never sat in the line in an unreasonable amount of time. I tried to call about my messed up order it just rings out and no voicemail. But I'm not hesitant that they won't honor this when I pop up tomorrow morning so I'm not worried just an inconvenience when you had your mind set on something sweet. I should've Google'd the reviews on this place. I usually get a caramel almond hot latte and went to this place for my fix. Paid $3.99 for something I wanted but instead got a cappuccino (plain). It was half full and the rest was filled with foam. I went back in and the conversation went verbatim:
Me: Hey I think you made me a cappuccino instead of a latte. John: You want a cappuccino instead of a latte? Me: No, I think THIS is a cappuccino instead of a latte. John: We don't make cappuccinos here. Me: Oh? Ok. Well it doesn't taste like what I got before. John: No we don't make cappuccinos here but I can make the same one again. Me: Nevermind, it's ok.
The donut racks were mostly empty and the munchkin choices were down to chocolate, glazed or pumpkin. The other flavors were not available nor were there labels for where they should be. The place is by a liquor store and the area is dirty.

I’ve been to this particular location a handful of times as I travel for work and this location is convenient on my way to one of my stops. Every time I have ordered I have received a lukewarm sandwich, bread not toasted, and cheese not even melted. The coffee is hit or miss; either really good or just tastes terrible. One cashier knew that the coffee tasted burnt and still served it to me. She admitted it was burnt after I told her I couldn’t drink it because of the bitterness. This last time I called customer service and was told I would be receiving a phone call from the manager in regards to my experiences. Of course - no phone call. Won’t be back here again.
