1 Star for the girl at the window, shorter and red hair was doing her best but she was just the face of folks coming through.
1 Star for the folks behind the back end getting half of our order correct (my husbands order).
-1 Star For the attitude behind the drive through girl, a guy that was taller, brown hair, cut down mid face, Caucasian, slender build, and in an argumentative mood/lying through his teeth. I get my tea and it’s in a “tall” cup instead of the Trenta I ordered. When confronted by the girl at window, a discussion was had about it to which he wasn’t pleasant about. She told me a moment. A moment passed and I was handed a tea that was cloudy and darker than my usual white iced tea. When I inquired as to if it was white he said yes and that it looked like that because it was freshly shaken. Skeptical I tried it and immediately tasted the lemon herb grass flavor of the green tea and sensation that green tea gives. I handed it to the girl and told her it was the wrong tea. He retorts that he “just made it so I know it’s white.” I fired back that I know my tastebuds and it’s green. He’s welcome to try it. Someone behind the window girl clarifies to him that it was the wrong tea as it was green he poured. I told him I ordered white tea, I expect white tea. He then tells me they are out. Told him if he just made it, then they clearly aren’t out. Pour me the correct tea. The girl at the window is doing her best to look sympathetic but is at a loss because this guy is giving both her and I attitude.
I asked for a refund as I didn’t have time to wait and needed to get back on the road. She offered off a SB card as they weren’t able to do the refund to my card.
-1 Star General Appearance of the drive through area. Dirty, with trash, and looking a bit run down.
-1 Star for ability to be prepared to satisfy their customers.
Feedback for management on this location that I also gave to management at the time of my visit:
If you have employees that are not prepared, cannot articulate their English and speak properly to their customers / make sense / aren’t lying through their teeth - they need to not be on the sales floor and need to rethink their position and ability to do their jobs. If they are not fit to perform, go take a break and regroup. I’ve worked retail for 20 + years and having good employees is 50% employee and 50% their mentor.
Mentor your employees so that they can adequately perform. This team...
Read moreI'm so frustrated.. They are out of ingredients and food items constantly. Their staff is ignorant. When I ordered a coconut milk cold cap with extra foam I got less than an inch of watery "foam" on to top of a full cup of basically an iced late with a regular lid. I ordered extra foam because coconut milk doesn't foam as well as milk. Well two things: either ask if I want regular milk foam or make extra coconut milk foam. When I asked them to remake it .. The barista looked at the cashier and said in a rude tone "it's coconut milk" like I was dumb for asking them to give me extra foam on an iced cap made with coconut milk. Ugh.. The cashier tried to "explain" why I had less than an inch of foam. Whatever.. I have a basic understanding of physics.. and i get the concept of cross contamination. When I tried to tell her how I felt. She interrupted me before I could finish letting her know my feelings.. Saying "no hostility intended" I don't care about the intention.. it was how their actions and comments made me feel. Totally missing the point.. They took their sweet time remaking it and put the same regular lid on it. So rude, at least let people finish their sentences. I hate it when I'm interrupted when I'm trying to convey my feelings. I know the whole lid thing sounds petty . But how can you enjoy an iced cap through a straw? It's just...
Read moreDirty, disorganized, and inconsistent. This Starbucks is always dirty, with floor stains, full garbage cans, and spills all over. The staff clearly doesn't know who is doing what and constantly is bickering over who is supposed to be making sandwiches or pick any job that they're not doing at the moment. It's an organizational mess with unclear roles and unhappy employees who don't like each other.
The common denominator seems to the management. They're too inexperienced to know they're not doing well and blame the complaints on the customers. Their victim mentality just makes their staff as bitter and pessimistic as they are and it's clear if you watch the staff interact. It looks like there's a lot of turnover as well since every other time I went I had to explain to the barista what something means. Even as simple as what it means to leave room in the coffee.
Beyond that, the coffee is inconsistent. Some days too strong, some days it's mostly water. They nearly always forget one or more part of your order or mix yours up with someone else's or run out of something they said they had when you ordered.
Starbucks Corporate would flip out if they saw...
