I walked to Walmart on a rainy day and while waiting for the rain to stop decided to eat at this McD. I don't often go to McDonald's, only when I have a nostalgic craving for the taste. This was one of those times. The food was bad. My fries tasted like overused oil. My son said his were too salty. The top of my burger bun was super greasy like if it was dropped in grease or if patty was rested on it. I used a napkin to soak up the grease. The ice cream machine was broken or down for cleaning, so my kid couldn't get his ice cream. I am not sure how McDonald's plans to keep its clients if now even their fries taste bad.
Customer service is not good either. Customers in front of me were Walmart employees and, after they placed their order, the older Asian lady who looked like she might be a supervisor at this mcDonalds location kept talking to them completely ignoring me and my son who were standing in line. It took long enough to become noticeable, and when the conversation ended and she left still not acknowledging us, another cashier stepped to the register and apologized, indicating that the situation was bad enough to be noticeable from even...
   Read moreDespite the fact that I come here almost every morning as part of a routine, they always seem to get my order wrong. 90% of my purchases here are from the breakfast menu and I always get a French Vanilla Iced Coffee - there is no consistent way they make this drink. It seems like every time I order it I get a different drink. Lately I've been crazy about the Egg-white delight, which is actually really good when made correctly, but lately they've not only been making the sandwich wrong, but charging me an extra ten cents in a weird work around I caught them on. What they will do when you order one (which is a number 3 combo) is ring it up as an Egg McMuffin, which comes with different eggs and different cheese, but they modify that order to sub egg whites. If you don't catch them on this, they will put american cheese on it and charge you 10 more cents for a sandwich you didn't order.
Beware what they give you in the bag, I would say 50% of the time they give me the wrong thing - they almost gave me 3 big bags of deluxe breakfasts once as they thought it was mine - but you will be in disappointment most of the time. What else can one expect from...
   Read moreVery poor customer service. I slipped and fell from french fries on the floor. It was right in front of the counter. (Come on keep the floors clean.) After I fell, two guests helped me to a chair and another got me a bag of ice. Where were the employees? It took about 7-10 minutes for Elida Escobar (General Manager) to come over to see me. . I asked why it took so long for a McDonalds employee to come over to me. She said she was taking pictures of the floor Then she said she needed to file an incident report and left me for 5 more minutes. When she returned she asked me to fill out the form...(they can't even read) the form was for an employee accident. I told her it was an employee form. She said she would get the right form. Upon her return she said they were out of incident forms. She took my name and number and said someone would get back to me. I said i needed a contact name and number and she wrote down who she said was the contact person. Not once was I ever asked how I was doing or if needed any further assistance. AND no one fro the store has contacted me AND no one has answered the phone...
