Edit - They have gotten far worse then even before. Do not bother with this companies frozen pizza's. They stopped caring about quality all together yet the prices keep going up. It has become 100% scam level. Don't bother. Hit Papa Murphy's or Dominos. Far better. And in dom's case. Cheaper.

This review is very specifically about their prepared frozen pizzas. They were so good that up until a month or two ago we considered asking to get a bunch special made to have in our freezers every month for whenever we wanted it. I don't know why but they seem to be making them cheaper and cheaper without lowering the price. They make them any worse and cheaper they are going to lose that source of profits all together. Less ingredients, less ingredients, and now also worse ingredients. The crust is nowhere near what it was even a month ago. What is going on down there? Make them right or stop making them. Its the biggest disappointment I have had with food all year. Was something to look forward too. Now its a better choice to just get little caesars. Sad.

Edit 5/13/23 - And now I am nearly certain we are being dosed or they have a foodborne illness. My dad has ordered a frozen pizza from there then two or three weeks later a normal pizza. BOTH times have resulted in mind altering diarrhea lacking other common symptoms of food poisoning.

Don't eat here. At least at this specific location. There is either retaliation for this review going on or there is some form of foodborne illness going on either way its not safe currently.

It is very odd to get mind bendingly bad diarrhea with first frozen pizza's then cooked regular pizzas over a multi week period. Without seeing others pointing out illness. Which is why it seems like our pizza's may have been dosed. But even if not there is something needing review going on there currently. Don't eat here until we know the risk...

Cheese Tortellini...the tortellini with no cheese inside

Coming from the east coast this food is terrible in comparison. Its very bland aka tasteless. The staff was nice but when I had a order that I wasn't pleased with and thats when I got poor customer service from the boss Jamie. I said I don't want money back but I would like to get something else of equal value. I spoke to Jamie and he told me to bring back in the dish I didn't want and he or his brother Terry would take care of it. Well, I am disable so I sent my son back the following day, I called before hand to let Jamie know that I wasn't able to make it and I made it be known that Im not trying to complain however, Im not willing to pay $12.50 for noodles w bland spaghetti sauce and I would be sending my son. I can sense in his voice that he took issue with me returning this dish. My son calls me after returning the food and says..Whats that guy problem? He had a nasty attitude...my son says to him why r u acting like this, Im just bringing this back for my mom. Jamie they directs him to the freezer and says..pick u out a pizza from there. Which I didn't mind a pizza, it probably was the safest way to go being that they can't cook. But the point was my son should have been allowed to pick out what he wanted equal value of the dish I sent back. I also took noticed to the area where the pizza is made, it wasn't like the pizza shop on the corners of NYC, they only had this big bottle of sauce and a pizza cutter. I thought maybe they were closing until I looked and they were't closing for 2 more hrs. There wasn't anyone sitting at the tables eating, the place looked bare just like the food. So I wouldn't suggest this Sammy's...

The service was terrible! I placed an order for delivery & when I received the order, the delivery driver told me a whole different price from The one given over the phone, (a higher one of course). Then the delivery driver was trying to explain The math a couple of the employees there dead and gave me a receipt with just the items I've ordered no amounts of cost besides the $5 they said they took off for the coupon I had of an order of $40 or more, (which they NEVER actually took off). I did the math myself right after my order was delivered and it was way off just as I thought. They completely overcharged me. Then when I called the store to let them know the manager/owner was very rude to me and told me he wasn't going over it with me that he was going home for the night and Very rudely told me to call back the next day. He was very unprofessional with me and told me when I called the next day to come and get it if I wanted would he owed me because they were too busy to run it out to me even though it was their mistake as THEY overcharged me and didn't even bother to offer any comps let alone bring out the money out to me to at least make it right. They kept telling me different prices for different items on the menu. Then I ordered two 24 oz bottles of pop, was charged for both, and was only given one and they refuse to give me the other. The lettuce on my side salad was brown and our pizza was literally burnt/black. Very bitter tasting. The whole experience was just a nightmare and I will NOT be returning to this specific location.
