Just when you think the standards for a fast food chain couldn't get lower I arrive at this McDonalds. Never have I been to a McDonalds with not only incredibly poor customer service, but probably the crappiest McDonald's food I've ever had. Me and 4 friends arrive at this McDonalds around 9pm on a Sunday, and of course go to the dining room to order because of the large number of people. The doors say the dining room is open on Sunday from 4am-12am. There are people eating inside. When we go to open the doors naturally they are locked? We knock on the door wondering if there is a mistake since there are no signs saying they're shutting the dining room early. Of course, the employees ignore us. We knock again, still confused and finally a worker across the restaurant shoos us away saying they're closed instead of actually explaining to us why they're closed outside of their hours. Needing food after a long day we decide the only option is to go to the drive thru, which isn't a problem other than that we would need to do separate tickets. Well when we get to the drive thru and tell them we need 3 orders the cashier says they can only do 2. Again we have 4 people in the car and I literally went to a McDonald's 3 days ago and ordered 3 tickets in the drive through. I explain the situation and despite being the people to cause the inconvenience in the first place they still refuse to just do 1 more ticket. Unable to reason with them we just order 2 orders. I begin to order only to realize that no one is actually listening. When the guy finally comes back I repeat my order at least 2 or 3 times for just this burger with no onions. Finally we make it through and pay and move up to the window to get our food. We check our order because the people working clearly aren't all the way there and we realize we didn't get our McFlurry. When we do get the McFlurry (we ordered a medium) we are handed an extremely small cup of just ice cream topped with oreos. We decide to just leave because at this point it was clear there was no way we were going to get anything good out of this. So we head home, start getting our food out to finally eat. All is good in the world, until we sip our cokes.... DISGUSTING. Literally the most disgusting coke I've gotten from McDonald's and I've wrongly been given iced tea before. The drinks were basically brown carbonated water. So no worries... I guess.. so we get home and start digging in to our food. That burger with no onions that I gave the order for at least 2 times? Onions. I already mentioned the "mcflurry" issues. And just when all my hope was lost there it was. The holy grail. My chicken nuggets were neatly put into their box for me. The presentation was beautiful. Impeccable even. Then we look in our bags for sauces. We asked for 3... they gave us 6! We were impressed needless to say and if it weren't for the fact that this location was literally the worst f*g McDonald's I've ever been to I would definitely give 5 stars for presentation...
Read moreFirst off, as me and my family walked through the door, we was met by deplore conditions. The entire floor from the door to door was covered with food, leave and other unknown debris. The entire counter top was dirty. I wanted to leave but my fiance and daughter was super hungry. You could hear a female employee in the back of the kitchen arguing so loud that another female employee in the front had to advise her that she has customers out front.
We ordered our food at 2005 hours and didn't recieve the first half of it until 2021 hours despite only having one person in front of us that already ordered. When I went to inquire with the gentleman who took my order, he kinda had a sarcastic response. He advised me that the food is cooked to order so that's the reason for the wait. (I've been to many McDonald's and other fastfood restaurants and never have I had to wait this long.) He pointed at my food that was on a tray and advised me that he's waiting for the other half.
By time I got my order, my fries and burger was cold to include my daughter happy meal. My fiance tenders and fries wasn't even included. When I asked for a fresh order of fries, the gentle watched my in disgust and responded sarcastically again about the fries cooking.
My fiance finally recieved her order, about 1/2 after we order the food, only to get for pieces of tenders vs the 6 piece we order. Also my daughter was missing her apples from her happy meal. When my fiance inquired, they started they was out (but never told us anything).
To top it off I attempted to use the restroom to wash my hands as my fiance completed our order only to be greeted by an employee who was in the mirror blocking up the sink. As I stood there he continued so I exited.
Also every male employee pants was hanging off the buttocks with the underwear showing.
It's a disgraced that this McDonald's is operating this way, especially for the area that it's in. Employed in the medical and law enforcement field leave questions as to the sanitary conditions of your employees and establishment. I hope you can address this matter as soon as possible our else I'll be force to involve the nessacery authorities to help rectify...
Read moreI came inside to get a small latte and the machine was down(this is common at most locations as you must clean the machine quite often). Since I am aware of this issue, I asked is the McCafe machine working and the gentleman looked at it and said no. I asked for an apple juice, 2 cookies and a cup of ice. I paid cash, received my change and went to the restroom to wash my hands. I thought the cashier was having a bad day, but I overlooked it as it was close to 10pm and he probably didn't expect me to walk inside to order. When I opened the door the men's restroom was in awful shape. Urine on the floor and trash can was over flowing with used paper towels. I drained, washed my hands then left back to the counter. When I walked up, the cashier yelled, "there is your stuff right there in the counter", then proceeded to handle the drive thru customer. I didn't have my cup if ice, so I waited. Once he was done, he yelled at me again, "your items are on the counter, you can grab them". I told him I am missing the cup of ice and he yelled, "WHAT, A POT?!" With a strange look in face. I repeated myself again and he didn't respond, so I wasnt even sure if he heard me. I waited patiently and he brought me an medium cup of ice. He slammed it on the counter and I just looked at him. I asked him was I bothering him and he said, "well, I didn't hear you asked for a cup if ice". I grabbed the ice thinking he was going to ring me up and I asked did I owe anything and he said no and walked off. I usually ignore bad behavior, but I thought I would just ask him, "sir, am I bothering you?". He looked surprised and said, "No, why would you say that?" I told him it's because you have been pretty rude to me since I walked in the door. I told him that i wasnt here to make his life harder and walked off. Why would you have someone so non chalant working in a space that requires a pleasant interaction with other humans. He should not be greeting guests at...
