McDonald's — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

wish I could give 0 stars. I wen't to McDonalds around 1 am this morning. The service was horrendous... waited about 20 mins sitting in the drive through when we got to the window I looked around the corner to see a girl eating a cookie...while working...while touching my food. I have never seen anything more unsanitary in my entire life. The fact she had her fingers in her mouth was disgusting. Her name is araceli

To add insult to injury she comes to the window and says " did we forget something"? Very indignant and rudely. And I explained we were still waiting for our food, and she slams the window while I was still talking. The manager comes over Jose with our food (at this point i thought he would have the sense to give some great customer service but to my dismay he did not.

I explained that his employee was rude and was eating while serving food which is a health code violation. He cut me off and gave us our food when I asked for extra ranch he wanted to charge another 27 cents...I said if he could just give us a few for waiting (now about 30 mins) and his narstistic reply was "everyone has been waiting" no apology no I'm sorry.

To add, the food was not warm, after waiting a half hour for food I would at least think it would be fresh. The buns were hard and the fries cold, and the drink was not what we had ordered. Also we were missing an item we had ordered as well.

Sadly this is something that defintely needs to be reported not only for the rude service but also for the major health code violations that were not being adhered to. Being as I have worked in fast food for years, I understand when it's a bad night and the shifts are hard, this was just unacceptable. Corporate will also be sent an email as hopefully they do something to turn this around....

I went ordered four apple pies at the drive thru last night. The moment I pulled up to the the second windows, the staff told me it wasn’t ready yet(did not tell me how long I would have to wait. As a customer, it would be nice to know if the item hasn’t been cook yet and waiting time) and asked me to park my car at the waiting area(my ordered was at 8:05pm but didn’t get my food till 8:29). I keep seeing so many cars came out of drive thru but my pie wasn’t out for delivery yet(10 minutes at this point). Another car pulled up next to my lane and walked inside, they waited about 5-8 minutes and came out with food. At this point I’m at 23 minutes in and still didn’t get my pie yet. I was so frustrated and I know it doesn’t take no more than five minutes to make those pie with their hot fryer there. I pulled my car up to the front entrance and walked in to ask one of the staff why I haven’t receive my pie yet and I’ve been waiting for more than 23 minutes already. She started asking other staff to see if they did have my pie yet or not. One of the ladies responded is almost done. At this point, I told the staff I’m very upset and not very happy at their service. I’m in the drive thru for a reason at the beginning and not have to wait. So I went back out to my car and waited another 3 more minutes. Suddenly I saw an Asian guy came out with my pies. At that point I was like this is discrimination that they have to send out an Asian guy to delivery my food just because I’m Asian. The staff didn’t seem to care about customer and not even say sorry to me for taking so long to get my pies out. I was so disappointed at their customer services and not very...

So my fiance and I went to the east wenatchee Mcdonalds for lunch today. We both got our usual meals mine being the spicy crispy chicken sandwitch (which is the core issue behind this post), and after we picked up our food we briefly checked that our food was the correct order and went home. They got my fiances meal right, but when I opened mine up I swear it was the most disappointing sight. A nasty looking chicken patty and a crumpled, sad, and very moist bun with two pickles that somehow looked completely dehydrated. Like how is that even possible? Opening the sandwich bag felt like i was unleashing the amazon jungle in my living room, and yet there they were, dry. To add insult to injury there was no sauce to be seen either. So I sat there dumbfounded by what I was expecting and what I got. Bear in mind that i have gotten this sandwich almost every time i go to mcdonalds. Which I'll admit is not often, but the quality of this sandwitch has been noticibly dropping every time i go. This is a semi recent addition to their menu too, and by far my favorite thing on their menu. Anyways, I was just sitting there thinking how the actual hell does the person that made this think that someone would actually eat this. And I mean no offense to the workers because they were quite busy, but this experience was still very dissapointing. In order to enjoy this meal I had to doctor it up a bit, thankfully I had some jalapeño aoli I had taken home from a recent meal! Shout out to the Tap Room at Pybus, your aoli saved my lunch! As for McDonald's (and i honestly doubt anything i say will even matter to them but), please figure out this very noticible...
