A party of 5 decided to go here for my sons 21st birthday, the biggest mistake ever. First off we waited by the door, being looked at and over by several employees, including the manager (I’ll get to that later) others came inside as well so it’s a few groups just standing there. Then one worker just walks over and instead of asking, who was here first, she just walks to these people and ask “how many?” They tell her it was people before them, being my party, so she takes us to a table. We sit and sit and sit, nobody comes to ask us anything, but we noticed people seated after us have a waiter and drinks already. So I see a worker and ask if she can send a manager to our table. Manager arrives, I noticed it was the girl earlier that saw us standing at the door needing to be seated and didn’t acknowledge us, so I mentioned that to her as well as us not having a server or drinks and the amount of time we’ve spent here with no service and how it was just rude and inconsiderate. She “apologized” for the lack of not having a server in our seating area. Huh? How do you not have a server in our seating area? How long was we gonna sit there and be ignored? Why tf they seat us there but not anyone else? And all around us are seats and people being served and eating, so why as “our” particular table, no server? We are black! So she moves us to a seat where there is a server! Yeah! We get a server, she ordered our drinks, remind you we been here over 40 minutes as of now! She comes back with our beverages and tells us about the wing special, we all ordered the wing special, I ordered a few appetizers, and guess what all the wings comes out cold, and the onion rings aren’t fully cooked! The reason our wings were cold is because we had a huge order of wings and they wanted to keep our order together! And the onion rings? Oh they looked done! We are just never going back to this racist azz Buffalo Wild Wings in Elkhart on Windsor Dr. again! Goshen /Dunlap BDubs would never!
So Buffalo WW sent me a response to call customer relations. I did today on 01/27/19. A male picked up my call he asked me what my call was related too, and I told him I’ll read my review to him, after I read my review to him, he went on a rant with me, saying that the wings being cold doesn’t call for discrimination and that if I wasn’t happy about waiting times why didn’t we just leave and go somewhere else... I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I told him his job was to take the call and not to comment but to find a solution. I told him I would upload another review related to the call to the customer relations, he hung the phone up on me. This is the prime example of rudeness and why I don’t wanna dine at restaurants such as this. Not only does the staff show lack of respect, but the relations department isn’t very professional either. I’ve just washed my hands with this place and I’ll never step foot back into this place ever! My girls used to have our pre meetings here, we are not anymore! You don’t go around treating ppl differently because of the color of their skin! You just don’t! I make $169k a year and I’ve traveled all around this globe eating, shopping, dining, hanging out with tons of my friends of all nationalities, this is a 1st for me! I give honest reviews! Because I want ppl to have a good experience! No matter how much money I have, no matter where I choose to eat, customer service is #1 in my book! I own my own company and I treat my customers like family many have become my best friends because that’s how well I treat ppl! Take heed from Starbucks BWW! Talk to your employees...

Two customers, unaware if they knew eachither but I dnt think so, we're at a table caddy corner to our table in the bar area. They didnt kno the people at the table but they were accommodating to have a conversation. The two men were drunk. One of the men was on his way out the door with a full beer n a full glass of yager.. had he not stopped at that table hed have made it out the door n they'd have been none the wiser. Well after conversation. Being drunk he continued to try n walk out the door, only after the waitress gave last call and returned to the table with the full beer and full yager. Knowing this man had had to much prior to last call, the bartender continued serving him when she should have cut him off. Given its at their discretion, but every one there knew he should have been cut off and yet she continued. Well the other guy at the table not with the table or the guy who was tryin to leave with his alcohol made a huge scene about this guy cussing him out essentially acting all big n bad n like hes the hero for saving the bartender when it was the bartenders fault that this guy felt he could even walk out with the alcohol in the first place. But this guy didnt put up a fight nor get aggressive, the guy playing hero to the bartender is the one who got aggressive with him n loud. N u could tell the man was embarrassed and wasnt trying to have confrontation with this man yet he drew everyone's attention to the situation making a scene like that when again that bartender never should have kept feeding him alcohol n letting him get to that point but she did .so as everyone was talking shit blaming the patron who had been given to much alcohol instead of cut off when the bartender is to blame for not using better judgement and allowing another patron to treat that man like that and they both get off Scott free while im sure that man will also never be coming to this establishment again after the other patron treating him that way and the bartender n employees doing nothing about it besides defending the bartender and talking shit about him while he is not there to defend himself or his actions...and thats just so gross...DO BETTER BUFFALO WILD WINGS DO BETTER!! You lost at the very least 3 patrons tonight over a bartender who apparently is working with impaired judgement or she just doesnt care about the people she's serving and doesnt feel she has a duty to be cutting people off when they have had enough n a bartender should be well aware what enough looks like to make that call... so sad...I feel for that man. Read moreI come there with my 8 year old daughter at least once a month because I am a rewards member and on Tuesdays, rewards member get a coupon for BOGO on the traditional wings, Everytime I go to pay the waitress tries to charge me buy one get one 50% off which is their regular ad for non members. Due to my daughter's insistence that we go back to BWW, I came back, this last occasion, the waitress tried to overcharge me again, I asked for the manager, Delvony, and she immediately came to the counter aggressively and very disrespectful saying she was tired of me and if I did pay $17.83 I couldn't get my order. I informed her that I had the BOGO and there was no way the bill should be almost $18 when 10 wings is 11.99, I tried to show her the offer and she refused to look at it, I told her if it was 11.99 for 10 wings and I gotta a free order how did it come to $18, she continued to talk disrespectful. I then went to the table and told my daughter we were leaving because the manager refused to honor our coupon. At that time the manager walked over and continued to talk disrespectful in front of my 8 year old daughter. I called corporate..I have never been so disrespected in my life. I am a single parent and last month our food stamps were stolen through a scam, I have been paying cash for food, and today I took my last $14 to get BWW, because the time there has been our father daughter time. I heard back from the regional manager who said I wanted to get the food for free, this is how black people are treated in this establishment, I will never buy Buffalo Wild Wings again, in addition, I work front desk at a major hotel, and any customers asking for nice places to dine won't hear about BWW and if asked I will tell my experience!? We are not trying to blame you as the problem, we are just trying to clear up the confusion. I am our group's regional manager which is why I reached out to you, like our team we are just trying to clear up the misunderstanding with the prices. 10 traditional wings is $13.99, 10 boneless wings is $11.99. Also they were trying to explain that not all rewards certificates will stack and be able to be used with other promotions which is why the fries were possibly not coming off which means that certificate should still be able to be canceled or you may contact blazin rewards support for that.
