Well to start, I decided I wanted to try Culver's.. This being my first time ever. We pulled into the parking lot to get into the drive thru so we could place an order.. We sat what seem like forever in the line. And I saw a curbside pickup sign and thought. I wonder if I can order right brought out to me before I can ever place an order at the drive thru. However, one of the male cooks did not have a mask on which was mandated in Elkhart and was throwing coleslaw and other food items from the kitchen to the girls in the front and harassing them. The coleslaw fell on the floor and so did the food bags the girls had set up for the food. He thought he was being funny but it made me not want to come back or eat the food we had ordered. The girls had to throw the coleslaw and bags away. This is the second time I have seen this cook harassing the girls in the front and disrupting his coworkers. We are self employed and do business in Elkhart and stay in a hotel next door 1-2 times a week through the entire summer and love eating here but we are unsure if we want to come back. Being a former store manager, I would have fired him on the spot. I hope the managers become aware of his conduct and correct...

It what world are we that a scoop of ice cream is that much??? And I dont want to hear prices are high-it's corporate and that has been with many companies making LARGE PROFITS. Well I go by there and they use to be busy and long lines are no more...
