Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This McDonald’s location was by far the most revolting fast food experience I’ve ever had.
First off, the lobby was a complete disaster. Trash overflowing from every garbage can, and nobody seemed to care. Tables were covered in old, dried-up food and drinks—good luck finding a clean spot to sit! The floor was sticky, and I almost tripped on some wrappers that nobody bothered to pick up. The smell of grease and filth lingered in the air like they hadn’t cleaned in weeks. There was even trash scattered around the ordering kiosks, making it impossible to focus on placing an order without feeling like I needed a shower.
But if you think that’s bad, the bathrooms were even worse. I thought I had walked into a nightmare. The floors were covered in grime, and it was obvious they hadn’t been mopped in ages. The stench coming from the toilet area was unbearable. The sinks were clogged with paper towels and the mirrors were smudged with who-knows-what. Soap? Nowhere to be found. It was honestly a health hazard.
As if the filthy environment wasn’t bad enough, the service was practically nonexistent. There were a few employees behind the counter, but they seemed more interested in talking among themselves than doing their jobs. I stood at the counter for a solid 10 minutes without so much as a greeting. No apologies, no acknowledgment—nothing. When someone finally took my order, they had a major attitude, and even then, it felt like they were doing me a favor. After waiting forever, my order came out wrong. Twice.
I will NEVER be coming back to this McDonald’s, and I urge anyone reading this to stay far away unless you want to lose your appetite in a place that should be shut down for cleanliness issues. McDonald’s corporate should really take a look at this location because it’s beyond...

In the afternoon to evening the kids there are too busy talking and goofing off rather than paying attention to customer orders, i have gotten at least 4-5 messed up orders there and I even tried going inside to order and they still screwed it up. I even got a drive thru order and didn’t notice until I was on the turnpike!! This time was the last straw we came at 8:24pm on July 17, 2019 we ordered 2 Mcchickens with 1 with extra Mayo and medium Fries we sat in the drive thru almost 13mins with no acknowledgement from the window when we received our order the fries were hot and we never knew that we were waiting so long for fries and never told to be careful that the fries were hot and they just came up!! Those I have no complaints we ate those first and when my friend handed me my sandwich it actually felt pretty heavy so I open it and the chicken had slid out of the bun and it had so much mayo that the bun was soggy and I couldn’t even taste the chicken I took pictures of it as well for proof, I call today to talk to the General Manager and she’s not there but talked to the Asst Mgr and she told me to bring the sandwich back, I threw it away because I’m not keeping something in my fridge till Monday for the mayo to disappear!! ! I took one bite and put it back in the bag! I called and the young man crew leader said to bring it back and they will replace it I told him no I’ll pass on ever getting anything from there since they can’t properly train their team members and I’ve had enough of my food being wrong and not being able to eat it! 15 buffalo cups, 30 mcNuggets, dubble cheese burger no lettuce, 2 spicy McCrispy extra pickles, 1 McChicken no lettuce, 4 hot&spicy McChicken extra pickles no lettuce no mayo, 1 small fry.
Only received 20 McNuggets.
Called corporate and the location of said order Had problems four times, food safety, quote dead gnats smushed inside a strawberry milkshake, rude employees at the first window " the person who was taking orders" Furthermore did not receive all items in order, (highly dissatisfied), do not recommend this location (595 Broad St /(440) 323-0166.
I was told by one of the managers of said location that the person who was rude and several others who were from a different location that was being renovated meaning whichever location they originated from also had said problem but apparently it was never taken into consideration because they can and will do it at other locations I find this highly dissatisfying and problematic four said location because if they do it there and they will do it here that means McDonald's in general does not care if they have customer service skills which means they do not care if their customers are satisfied and I will repeat I have called three other times about these same problems that I have experienced in the last month and a half and was told that I would be called back and asked when I would be available I told them said date and never received a call it is going over a month now no call no response no problem has been solved if McDonald's cannot fix said issues then I would have to question how they even made...
