Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Eugene

Dutch Bros has always been my favorite, how ever just recently I and other family and co-workers of mine have noticed a extreme decline in their service and quality of drinks. This makes us very sad as we have started to have to look for different places to get our routine morning and mid-day coffee. This morning on my way to work I stopped by the W.7th location and once again had a terrible experience. Not only did the barista take 2 orders before me that had arrived after I did, he also made my caramel breve and peppermint mocha horribly! When I say horrible I mean horrible. By the time I tried my drink I was already on my way to work which I had not much more time since it had already taken 15 mins just to get my drinks. This is and I kid you not the 6th time something like this has happened to me at a Dutch Bros location within the last 3 months. Highly disappointed and will be taking my loyal...

I spend anywhere from 100 to 200 a week at this location (most of which is tipping the servers). Used to be my go to coffee spot on my way to work. And even tho half the time theres a long wait i dont generally mind. But today was the last time ill ever go to this location. Ill admit today hasnt been a good day and i have been in a bad mood (just found out my father has terminal cancer) so i went to this store cause they usually always cheer me right up but tpday the lady asked me to put out my cigarette which i did i admit i was a tad annoyed aince i was already in the process of doing it i felt it was unnecessary. Then the next thing i know some other lady comes up and tells me that i was rude and that she been getting complaints aboutme being rude. Until today ive never once been rude at this location. Guess I'll be switching to starbucks or some other...

I was having a terrible day one morning a few months ago, and I was crying in my car. It was that kind of day... And I thought I was holding it together and I ordered my drink and went to hand him my debit card and the guy was like, "it's on me today, I hope your day gets better"

I dont think he knows that, that small gesture not only made me feel better in the moment, but really set me up for a very successful day and changed my whole mood.

So thank you so much Dutch Dude for your small but kind act.

Oh and every other time I come here it's always great too! Haha they never let the line get to far without sending out order takers. They keep it moving and always offer great customer service!!

I didn't used to be a Dutch fan but I've some around now, I've drank the koolaid .. erm I mean...
