Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Euless

Chili's has so declined. I hadn't eaten here for quite a while and I was craving their chicken crispers - honey chipotle. Here's my experience:

Ordered a salad for appetizer. Salad was good but 3 min into it, our meal was delivered. By the time I finished the salad, the french fries were still hot but the chicken crispers were room temperature. I asked that they be reheated. That was a mistake. They came back stringy and tough.

I asked if they had microwaved the chicken (yes, they did) and did they know that would toughen the chicken? Yes, they do. Me: Well, could you make fresh? Yes, they can.

Manager came by for 2nd time. Yes, they try to have food come out 4-8 min after salad. They consider 3 min improving on that goal. (As a customer, I consider that a failure. First, I did not say I was in a hurry. Second, it was not lunch time where you might assume I want to get back to work. Third, the resturant was half empty. Fourth, it was7pm Fri night and I was out with my wife.)

Got a fresh batch of chicken crispers 5 min later but corn on the cob was now missing. Waitress got for me but not until after I was finished eating. Oh well, corn on the cob for dessert, right? At first bite, I thought great; nice and hot! Then I discovered that only the left side was hot; the right side was cold. Told manager who stopped by now for the 3rd time. He said he knows exactly what causes that. (They add to a pot in vertical bundles of 6 and if staff is not careful to make sure it's covered, it will be 1/2 hot and 1/2 cold). Known issue but no apology, no offer of taking corn off bill.

I guess I pay the price for their providing a poor experience and that's just too bad for me.

To sum up my experience:

We made a vow: We are never eating at Chili's again! See if it's now too bad for me anymore or too bad for Chili's.

PS As I relate this experience, I realize 2 stars is too much. Changing to a 1-star rating. I know Chili's is closing locations across the US but all the more reason to do a good job at the ones that are left open. I guess it doesn't...

Worst experience ever! The host greeted us and we said we were going to sit in the bar to watch the game. Looked over and all the tables were dirty. Upon telling him that he just stood there and ignored us. I proceeded to go clean off a table while one waitress talked to her friends at one table and the other talked to her boyfriend. As soon as the table was cleaned off we sat down and one waitress came over and asked if she could wipe off the table or did i do a good enough job with the napkin. Asked for tea with lemon and when she didnt bring lemon we asked for some and she informed us she only had limes. We said ok but never received them. Ordered and when we got our order it was wrong. Ordered a salad with crispy chicken and got grilled. She never came back to the table after they fixed it which we waited 15 minutes for. Her boyfriend was sitting waiting on her and he kept getting up to help her clean off tables. The table next to us, which when i cleaned our table i put the stuff on the dirty table next to us, was still dirty when we paid and got up to leave. Customer service here is not customer service. We will never go back to this Chilis. Only 1 star given because it wont let me...

I have been to this location numerous times. I love the staff they are personable and eager to please. If there is an issue with your meal the managers put in face time to make sure that you were satisfied with any changes that had been made and that makes a BIG difference. I was eating dinner there one night and it was extremely busy but our waiter was never too long in checking on us, our drinks never hit the bottom before we had a new one in front of us our food was quick hot and delicious. There were three different tables though that I noted had weird issues, one woman didn't like her food touching, ( The manager was quick to apologize and fixed it right away as if it was a completely normal thing ) One gentleman wanted something that wasn't on the menu and the manager jumped to assist him any way he could. One gentleman didn't realize what he ordered wasn't what he actually wanted and the manager again jumped to help him out. I was and remain happy with this...
