This Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers establishment is extremely hit or miss. As one of the go to fast food spots for my buddies and I, I am here several times a week. To start, the chicken is very inconsistent, not great but the sauce makes up for it. I often find myself very disappointed with the size of the chicken though. I have made too many trips where I was given four fingers smaller than my own finger. As for the bread, sometimes the bread will taste like home cooked heaven but sometimes it’s a tough eat. I believe the men and women in the back cooking this bread should take much more pride in their job as the “Texas toast” is one of canes signature items. Don’t even get me started on the fries, my fries go untouched more often that not as they are just not good to say the least. Although there have been other times where I am on the brink of walking back there and shaking the cooks hands with how delicious it is but this is very rare. The drive through is surprisingly extremely fast. I would say I spend an average of 9 minutes in the drive through but am often disappointed with the quality of the food as it seems to not stay fresh for very long. But my favorite part of this establishment has got to be their ice, their ice is second to none. It consistently makes me feel as I’m drinking Dr Pepper on crack while also keeping my drink very cold. Once I finish my drink I find the ice almost irresistible, just looking at makes me tip over my cup and pour those delicious ice cubes in to my mouth. Overall this canes isn’t amazing but it is definitely a little...
Read moreWe are having our last night here in Grapevine, Texas for our 7-day vacation here to visit our son who moved from NJ to Dallas, and we decided to eat our last dinner on this famous Chicken fast food resto. We love the food especially the bread, it’s cook fresh, soft and so tasty. But the most impressive thing that we will never forget is the stunning kindness of the crew named Jennifer Alvarado. We are trying to pay our order using our gift card but it didn’t went through in the machine reader because of the glue from the sticker. Jennifer tried it by herself but it didn’t work out, too. And suddenly she just took her card out and pay it by herself. Wow, my wife and I were stunned by it. I intended to give her my cash instead but she insisted not to receive it. She said she wanted our visit in Texas to be very memorable. Indeed, Jennifer, it became so meaningful because of your kindness, as my son told us that for his 6-month stay in Dallas, he always say that most people here are very nice and friendly. Thank you so much, Jennifer! You deserve to be commended! Your company is blessed to have you! Keep up the best job! Please don’t forget to keep in touch if you happen to be in New Jersey and New York area, we will tour you around. Please people visit this beautiful Raising Canes food chain store. The food is very good and staff are nice and amazing, like pretty young...
Read moreNever go when they are about to close. Me and my friends were having a good time because it was my last day working at another restaurant in the area, so we decided to go there to hang out for a bit, just to keep getting reminded about the closing time forcing us to leave. It was a darkskin chubby girl with glasses, wore a beanie. We were laughing out loud, that was kind of our fault, but the girl didnt have to be rude the entire time. Since i ordered my food, i felt a negative vibe in her voice and body language. 5 minutes before closing, she came up to our table and said “we are about to close doors, sooooo....” kind of forcing us to leave. I told the guys to just leave because i didnt want to argue with her. Props to the other worker, she was working in the drive thru, she even politely asked for our plates if we were done with them. But that same rude girl was next to her and said “what are you, a waiter?” Only receiving negative comments from her. I would hire the gentle woman who treated us right. Theres issues with that other girl. If theres any concerns or the store manager sees, i will be glad to show up in person to discuss...
