I ordered a pizza and after I got home realized it wasn’t even cooked to completion. So we called to make our complaint known and the manager IRMA dishonestly promised us another pizza. Never not once did she mention I needed to bring the pizza back.. (20 minute drive) she told us “I will give you a new pizza” and took our info for the credit. Day 2 I returned and IRMA refused to give me the pizza as promised. Now $10 for a pizza that was not properly prepared is ridiculous in itself but to have MANAGEMENT flake and go back on their word is offensive!! I order this pizza once a week so I know when it’s prepared properly. THIS PIZZA WAS NOT AND I AM DUE PROPER REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE UTTER INCONVENIENCE. IRMA gave me the worst service I’ve ever received from management at any place of business. How unprofessional do you have to be to go back on your own word with a regular paying customer. She’s apparently is under the impression that her way is the Schlotzsky’s way and until I’m treated with the respect a paying customer deserves I’m going to assume THIS is exactly how Schlotzsky’s does business!! Horrible choice of management, she deserves to be demoted and forced to take customer service training. Irma is now the biggest disappointment I’ve ever experienced in a so called manager. I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint against the franchise owner for placing such a dishonest person over their...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. In the drive thru, could NOT understand or hear the employee over the speaker about the kind of dressing I wanted on my salad. He finally just said, just come to window. He practically threw my salad at me without even again asking about the dressing. I had to remind him. He then crammed the 3 dressing containers in my hand. I asked for a drink when I drive up, (I never got the chance in the drive thru). He signed and proceeded to get the dressing, but never asked what kind of drink. I finally gave up. Parked to check order for napkins only to discover no napkins OR utensils. Had to go inside for those and help myself behind counter because several employees looked at me, and never acknowledged. The salad was only ok. The chicken was sort of a mystery meat more than grilled chicken. It was strangely like chicken skin. Yuck. I threw most of it away. I should have gone to QT across the street. Better food AND definitely better...
Read moreLet me just say this to start.. the customer service was very good. The food tasted great. Employees were friendly and helpful but the portion size was tiny and the prices don't match what you get. I got two free sliders with the purchase of two and I paid over 9 dollars with a medium drink which is crazy because I thought they gave me the wrong order they were so small. I started to think that without the two free sliders this would have been one of the bigger robberies of my young life. Even with the two free sliders it still felt like I got ripped. Here are places your money will go further: El Pollo loco, Jimmy John's, QT, all in the area. At El Pollo loco I spend 5 bucks without coupons and get more food lol. No offense to the two employees like I say they...
