The sandwich was great, the cost ok. I know I was there 15 minutes till close, but not allowing me to eat inside was ridiculous. There is no outside seating, and even still, it was into the high 90s outside. You have to accept that some folks may have spent hours in their cars and want to sit or stand inside and be out of their vehicles. And maybe they are not near their homes to just take it home to eat. I understand you're closing, but to assume I'm going to make a huge mess or take a long time to eat one sandwich chips and drink is flat-out unwelcoming. You want so desperately to keep the dining area clean and go home. You're willing to assume the guest will trash the table and take forever to eat so you kick them out. Not the service I'd come to expect from Schlotzsky's. My parents taught me to be respectful of others, and I would have not only eaten quickly but have cleaned any mess if I had made it. Instead, I had to eat in the parking lot in the heat standing next to my car. There are lots of other Schlotzsky's locations around, and I guess I'll try them out instead of coming back here. 15 minutes could have saved you a customer, but you clearly...
Read moreManagment personal must have changed recently. Yes the food most of the time is sooo yummy. However, the manager does not train his employees nor does he care about customers retention. The cashier was sweet and tried to help, however, she was having a hard time taking our order and she went and asked for help and the manager did not make a presence. We got our sandwiches, order wrong, she realized and took it back, she was mortified. At this point, we chose to leave and get our money back. So as she is helping me, she asked the manager to do the refund, he told her to do it, she contested and confirmed “you want me to” he said yes. Please keep in mind that I’m standing at the register and they are 10 ft in front of me. I can hear and see them. She tried to help. The manager had not time help her the multiple times she need it, no time to help the customers when needed it. Once the food was messed up, Instead of making a presence, apologizing for the mistake, reassuring they would make a new sandwich, and compensate our time, he hid and let his employee struggle and not learn, and allowed a customer to leave unsatisfied and lost the...
Read moreFirst off the cashier was excellent and pleasant. She even managed to speak loud enough for me to hear and understand. That is always a nice bonus when ordering. The lady who delivered our order was also very nice. Unfortunately the sandwiches were not as nice. Apparently cheese has become too expensive to put much on the sandwiches unlike the mustard which was overwhelming. To complete my disappointment with my sandwich, the bun had been out long enough to get cold and dry. Put another way the sandwich was ok but Schlozskys should never be just ok. Will we go back. Absolutely. But we will be hoping for...
