The food here is phenomenal. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The restaurant is spotless, feels new, and clearly well cared for. Portions are generous, and while prices are on the higher side, the serving sizes make it fair for what you get. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the silverware. While I appreciate that they serve meals in clean, disposable dishes, having quality utensils really elevates the dining experience. For the price point, real silverware would make it feel even more worth it. Still, overall, it’s a great spot with outstanding food and a welcoming atmosphere.

This place was only 4 days old when we visited, so it was understandable that there are new employees. But, we had a good experience. We tried the Pad See Ew, Dancing Garlic Riblets, Green Papaya Salad, Thai Tea, and Thai Coffee. Overall, the food was pretty good. I liked my papaya salad. The owner came out to talk to us and to the other customers. She's very nice. When you walk in, you go up to the cash register to order your food, and they bring it out to you.

The chicken wings, sausage, and beef jerky with sticky rice were spot-on. Papaya salad was fresh and zesty, and Level 5 spice was perfect for a heat lover like me. The nam khao was crispy, savory, and those fried Thai chili peppers sealed the deal! If you’re craving bold, authentic Lao-Thai flavors, this is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Went for the first time this Sunday with the family. Their location and decor and cleanliness were all top notch. There was some preparation for peanut packages at a table on the way to the restrooms in the back.

Prices weren’t terrible but I would have expected a better experience from the manager on duty (or maybe the owner?). I over heard a conversation with the person at the table next to ours. Apparently their was a mistake and too much chicken was in her plate, but the manager made sure to tell her that it was a mistake and not to expect that next time she comes in.

I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken for the protein and asked for peanut sauce with my order. Their operation is fairly new so the team is probably still learning how to ring up items. Peanut sauce wasn’t added to my order. In total it was around $55 after tip for our family of 3. Not bad. When our order came out without peanut sauce I asked for some. No response from the manager/owner.

We went up to ask, then were told to pay and the manger rung it up. No big deal, but still odd for a customer experience.

Lastly as I enjoyed my Chicken Pad Thai, I was noticing several portions of tofu (I’m not a fan of tofu). So I asked the manager/ owner and very matter of factly I was told, ā€œthe pad Thai always comes with 4-5 pieces of tofu, but if you ask we can make it withoutā€ and that was that. The menu has the ingredients for Pad Thai and lists the protein choices, tofu being one… but it doesn’t mention that it comes with 4-5 pieces of tofu.

Overall it’s not a terrible place, and the wings were EXTRA crisp and flavorful. I hope they can figure out the customer experience piece because that’s the biggest reason I’ll come back, and if their menu items are listed correctly,...

This was my second time visiting Zaap Kitchen Lao & Thai Street Eats, and once again, they did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious and packed with authentic Lao flavors—everything tasted fresh and true to the cuisine.

Portion sizes are generous and very fair for the pricing, which I really appreciate. What stood out most was the consistency—same great flavor, same portion sizes, even down to the amount of rice included. It’s clear they care about quality and keeping the experience reliable for their customers.

My order was ready on time and packaged with care, which made takeout super easy and stress-free. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to....

Zaap just opened their 10th location! šŸŽ‰ I’ve had the pleasure of visiting three of their spots so far, and they never disappoint. Their genuine passion for the food they serve shines through in every single dish. • The chicken noodle soup is comforting and savory. • The yellow curry is unbelievably good – perfectly sweet and flavorful. • The Pad Thai is always a hit, packed with deliciousness. • And don’t even get me started on the mango sticky rice with extra cream – absolutely on point!

On top of the food, the staff always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Huge congratulations to Zaap on their 10th location –...
