Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Evansville

I went to Dairy Queen last night because I wanted some chicken fingers which really sounded good. I ordered in the mobile app and arrived shortly after. I ordered the 6-piece chicken finger meal with large onion rings and extra gravy. I also ordered 2 orders of pretzels minus the salt with the cheese dipping sauce.

This was supposed to be a two day meal for me or at least that's what I thought. I finally get my order in drive thru and drive home. When I get the pretzels out I noticed that none of them had been heated up at all, so I thought no biggie I'll just heat one order in the microwave, but I was going to check the rest of the food first. I open the box with the chicken fingers and don't see the texas toast, I see a small order of onion rings, 6 small pieces of chicken, and the container of gravy or so I thought was gravy. When opening the little container I thought the gravy looked funny, so I tasted it and it wasn't gravy at all. It was the cheese sauce that is used for the pretzels. I was mad! 😡😡😡 I checked the two containers that came with the pretzels thinking they may have mixed it up with gravy and it was the cheese sauce. I tried calling last night and again today with no one even answering the phone!!! What is wrong with these people can they not read or are they just that lazy?!?! Don't go to this one if you want your order correct and don't go to the one on N Green River Rd because it's bad as well, but I have to say not as bad this one!!! I worked in fast food years ago and if I would have screwed up an order this bad they would have fired me immediately! COME ON PEOPLE DO YOUR JOB RIGHT AND QUIT BEING SO...

Visit - 11/17/18 around 5:30-6pm. Worst DQ I've been to yet. We went inside the store, only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is the cleanliness of the store. The employee that took our order didn't have the knowledge of what's in the blizzards & don't care to take the time to ask around or find out. Our burgers came out overdone, buns did not seem fresh. The edges of both burger and bun were hard and had a stale consistency to them. My jaw was tired after chewing. I asked for lettuce & tomato. They used lettuce from an iceberg salad mix. I get that there was a recent recall on romaine lettuce. Pieces of carrot & red cabbage were on my burger along with small (& few) pieces of lettuce. It was kind of pitiful. Not only that, but you should probably let the customer know that you'll be using something different, which the employee did not. Nor did he advise of any up charges. The fries were not fully cooked, they still had an undone crunch to them. Completely unsatisfactory for a hungry pregnant woman. Last but not least, another worker was talking aloud talking about...

Today was my second time ever going inside and ordering at this establishment. The first time my experience wasn't horrible, just recieved my 5 buck lunch which was the 3 piece strips, and it barely had fries and the chicken strips looked like nuggets. I called the same day and got a replacement order. Today I go into the establishment again on my lunch break, and ordered the same thing but also a snack melt(buffalo). The cashier was amazing! But then I waited almost 20 mins after for my food.. This time before leaving with my food I checked my5 buck lunch. And of course it barely had fries... So I asked them politely for more and they did give me more. Well I walk back to work and sit down open my melt and ITS THE WRONG SNACK MELT! I recieved bbq... Then I open my gravy... And it was a QUARTER of the way filled... Not FULL Not HALF. A QUARTER. I called and was not happy. But I am receiving another replacement order... After my replacement order I will never buy food...
