I have always loved the arby q sandwich I have been eating at Arby's since the day we had to drive to Lynnwood on 196th because it was the only Arby's in the area now there's an Arby's everywhere this location is a good one the food was good the service was great and the inside dinning was excellent, clean, fast service, great food, check it out. .
update, I went into Arby's about 5 minutes ago 6:15 on 4/6/24 and the manager Taylor was working i tried to use my app and It wasn't working and Taylor the manager said they have been having problems with the App so he watched me for about 5-10 minutes trying to get it to work and I couldn't and he said if it was him he would be having the same trouble trying to place a order and all month is a free sandwich a week when purchasing something so I new he wasn't going to help me at all or thats the tricks so you can't use your app or get the free sandwich, and I don't live nearby and asked if I could talk to the manager because he wasn't going to honor the free sandwich even though he watched me and told me he couldn't help me do it himself havong the app problems again I don't live around here and when I asked for a manager is when I found out he was the manager what a useless manager, Arby's should be proud they have a good man like Taylor working for them I will tell you they lost my businessq+qI will never go back to that Arby's if that wonderful most helpful/ useless manager Taylor works there but they saved 2.00 for the free sandwich even though I would...

This location has a drive thru that stays open until midnight, most nights. If dining inside the lobby is more your thing — you'll want to be finished by 10pm every night! Most frequently using the drive thru, I have come to appreciate this Arby's, for the simple fact I can count on accurately receiving my drive-thru order — the rare occasion a mistake slips by, I am never met with resistance when attempting to quickly and easily fix the situation and I immediately recall the manager offering a fresh baked turnover, free of charge, for the inconvenience of having to return to the store. It was refreshing not having to deal with other fast food joints' managers who do everything possible to resist correcting or even acknowledging mistakes made at the drive thru. Accuracy as frequent as I receive at Arbys is proof they have well trained employees that care about their job.

Read morePlaced a mobile order in the evening and I got an alert that store was closing in 10 minutes, but I was 2 minutes away so just headed over. Order went thru but it said order would be ready the next day - what? I get to restaurant and they had locked doors early. I knock and tell them I have a mobile order but they refuse to open door and tell me to go thru drive-thru. I go wait in line while others order and finally get to window where they tell me they don't have a mobile order for me. I show them in the app where order was placed, but they tell me they are now closed and won't give me my order. I was so mad! Why would an order go thru that wouldn't be made available until the next day? Why would they lock the doors early?
