I used to enjoy going to this location. I used to go everyday for 2 weeks straight back to back. Either for bubble tea or rolled ice cream. At first everything was great until the young Asian girl with black hair started making my rolled ice cream. All the other employees make the rolled ice cream with love and care. But this specific employee makes the rolled ice cream with so much hatred. She starts off by smashing the strawberry as if she has personal beef with the strawberry. Then she proceeds to aggressively pour the milk and starts mixing everything which is fine. However, when it comes to rolling up the ice cream she's doing it in a manner where the rolled ice cream isn't even rolled anymore. She dumps everything in the cup like she wants to beat the rolls. At this point it's not even rolled ice cream anymore it just looks like farm animal's food. She's needs re-training and needs to prepare customer's rolled ice cream with more care and effort. It's not a one time thing, happens all the time with her and she's the reason I stopped...
Read moreHorrible service and boba drinks tonight, December 27th. There was a woman and two men in the evening when we went (around 6:30pm). The woman ignored us for 10 minutes then asked for our order with an attitude. The two men were busy, working hard to fill orders! The women was nasty to them and the customers! She kept shouting to the two to get things for her when Carey she was not doing anything at all! And she was getting orders wrong! It took 30 minutes for us to get our three drinks! And the drinks were awful! To top it off, the woman was coughing and was probably unwell, and should have not been touching anything! As I mentioned the drinks were awful! And the place usually serves very good boba teas consistently! As in any service business, it’s better to tell customer when one is running behind to manage their expectations properly, AND employee training is important especially in both how to be pleasant to customers AND...
Read moreI walked into this humble yet broad establishment looking for this so called "whale tea," but it appeared that it was not on the menu. The only whale I saw was the huge blubbery monstrosity of a human being if you even want to call it that, but still... no tea. Therefore, being the business man I am, I know that this false advertisement which made me mad. I then settled for the brown sugar boba. I received my order from the whale but it had some weird bottle fluid with a tint of white in it, it was sticky. If you know what I mean, I think the Whale sprouted but in my boba, not a fellow sprout. I linked an imagine of the...
