Creative Kitchen — Local services in Fargo

I purchased an airfryer from them this AM as their website shared with me that there was one in stock. I received an email confirming the purchase, another one sharing with me that the item was being packaged and as soon as the carrier picked it up, I would receive another email. The next email stated that the order had been cancelled. Then followed up with an email that they were crediting my account - for which I now needed to wait 3-5 days for it to process. Hmmmmm....... When I called them, they shared with me that there was one in the store, but it was their floor model and that they were getting in 4 more. I asked if I could purchase one of the incoming units based on the price point that I paid for the one that was cancelled and was placed on hold for an extended period of time. Then I was told that there was an issue with their website and was transferred to another person who handles their website. This person informed me that she could not see the item on the website and therefore would not honor the price for which I had been charged and paid for, for one of the incoming unit.s.... Sounds kinda of unprofessional and untrustworthly of a company to be dealing with going forward...would one...

*UPDATE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED, I have called several times. I was promised a call from a manager, have never been contacted. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE EVER AGAIN! I have shopped here often for kitchen utensils and appliances. However, the last few times I have gone in, I'm pulling teeth to receive service. The cashiers would rather stand around talking to one another than pay attention to customers or answer questions. On top of that, I made a substantial purchase in order to get "points" back so that I could shop with "x amount of dollars off." Yet, it wasn't added to my account and cannot get a manager to rectify the situation. I left my name and number (multiple times) and waited for a call that was never received.

Also, I specifically asked about their nonstick cookware and if they knew if their diamond series pans had PFAS or PFOA. They claimed they were all trained on the items they sold yet couldn't answer this simple question for me. I'm not going to buy something that is a known carcinogen! I appreciate this being a local business but when you cannot care for your customers, I'm not interested in continuing to...

I try to shop local when ever possible. I have also tried to go to creative kitchen many times. Every time ends up having some sort of issue. I bought frying pans. On the display they had lids. When they got here they didn't. I enquired about it, was told that must have been a mistake. Even though I asked before purchase and the same person was helping me. It was the older lady that has worked there forever. I went there a few years ago. Looking for a higher end knife for home. The very same lady followed me and my wife around the store the entire time. I finally asked her if she wanted to check me before I left. She said "oh, we have been having a lot of problems with theft". I have never given them a reason for this. Never complained, nothing. For what they charge you would think customer service and knowledge of product should be better. It is so over priced. My advice is order online or got to the...
