The experience: We came in here expecting to buy a couple Christmas gifts and we left with significantly more than expected. The owner was there and showed us a lot of unique toys we weren't likely to find at big-box retail stores. It was nice getting help from someone who knew exactly what to recommend. He also told us they have game-night in the mall food court a couple times a month with hundreds of games (I believe it was free). We also spoke to another worker who showed us another game and gave us more ideas. I think the people who work there truly like games and toys.

We stopped by because my son absolutely loves playing with the air/ball machine in this store.. We had a great experience, the man working (didn't think to look at his name) was very friendly and had very good advice when it came to toy buying. Although we didn't buy much this shopping trip, he was still kind and friendly, and made good conversation with us. He even talked about how we wanted to some how expand the air & ball machine center which i thought was cool and i know my son would love. DEF recommend people coming here to shop! I stopped in yesterday (05/24/25) with my brother. We had a not so great experience. While we were browsing, an older gentlemen working there was staring us down as if he was making sure we weren't stealing from the store. Later, my brother had put a toy back on the shelf when a woman with dyed blue hair who doesn't seem to like her job very much told my brother in a very rude manner, "That's not where you found that".
