First of all I only gave this place a 1 star in order to leave a review. I want to start by saying I have a visit Vicky's. When it was BISCUIT KITCHENS as a kid. Out of all my life had never received any treatment that I received as of the other day! From ANYWHERE. My son age 7 and I ordered a cinnamon bun biscuit, two hash browns, two sausage patties and one homemade biscuit total $12 cash. We traveled across the town. To receive our brunch. We sat in the parking lot for about 10 minutes. As I try to put together what was served to us? I was battling with disappoint most of that 10 minutes. Going back and forth with myself. Deceiding rather or not I should report the quality of our food served to us. There was a flat /hard cinnamon bun. That I could not cut open to get my sausage patty in. Our sausage Patty's were dried. Our hash browns that we ate from being hungry on the trip there. They were greasy..we had to force them down and still I didn't eat all of them! That's how greasy them was. But I was tripping off them. After all we ate them. The rest was just a hot mess! Well, after being so disappointed. I didn't feel like I was going to be able to receive a refund. But at least I can ask for my food to be cooked correctly? After, all I paid $12 and my son and I travel all the way across town to eat there! Never been disappointed there before. After being told from by cashier NO Refund." after she had asked for our food back. I asked to speak to Miss Vicky. (The owner) came to the window very ulgy with her nose turned up and denied my request! Slammed the window in our face! After, I had given her our food.

To the owner Miss Vicky. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME. THAT, I ORDER "ANYTHING" FROM THERE. I WOULDNT ORDER A CUP OF WATER!!! FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT! SHAME ON YOU. OUR FOOD LOOKED DESTROYED FROM US TRYING TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER! WE TOUGHT IF WE PART THE MIDDLES THEY WOULD TASTE BETTER. THOSE EDGES WERE HARD ONLY THING WE ATE WAS OUR GREASY NASTY HASHBROWNS FROM HUNGER!!! FROM TRVELING 20 MIN TO YOU! ALL BECAUSE, I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS WORTH IT!

I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE YOU A STAR! BUT IT WAS THE ONLY WAY I CAN LEAVE YOU THIS REVIEW as I PROMISED YOU!!!

DON'T EAT AT VICY'S.

"SHE WILL LET YOUR KID GO HUNGRY!"

MY SON SAID to me. "Mom, Im still hungry." AS MY STOMACH GOAN :(:( TERRIBLE ONWER.

I WISH I HAD PHOTOS. BUT SHE TOOK OUR FOOD BACK THOUGH THE WINDOW!

BIG LAW violation! I HAD NO IDEA SHE WOULD DO A " 7 YEAR OLD" LIKE THIS OR MYSELF..I'VE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE I WAS SEVEN MYSELF...🙁 I knew she had an ulgy side to her based off her attitude. But I had "No Idea!" She was "HEARTLESS TOO!" I had to explain to my son that was not the way to treat a paying customer and apologized to him for VICY'S rude behavior.

THE ORIGINAL OWNER WOULD TURN HIS GRAVE. IF HE KNEW YOU WERE THIS EVIL. ~A...

Went and had a horrible experience. My wife is allergic to eggs. Ask the lady not to put eggs on the platter. She say we don't do that. First of all I asked why they charge extra for eggs and she said because of inflation I understood no problem but I didn't want is cuz she's allergic to eggs. Then I asked the lady to put in separate container and she got nasty and said we don't do that here and I said well I'm paying for it. Why not she said cuz we don't. I said let me speak to the manager please. She said I'm the owner with a hateful attitude. I told her you don't have to worry about me ever coming to eat here again and I've been eating here since I was a little kid. Didn't know the owner was that nasty and hateful? I've been living in Fayetteville, North Carolina. My entire life going on 40 years. I will never eat at Vicky's ever again and I've been eating there when it was called the biscuit kitchen which was one of my favorite places to eat and the owner just destroyed my experience there by being so nasty and hateful like she is. Please don't spend your money with somebody who's...

This used to be a great breakfast option back when I worked in Fayetteville. However it seems things have changed over the years. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with grits, and orange juice it was 12.37 contemplated driving off but I was crunched for time so decided to give it a shot. The first red flag was when she handed me my cup the orange juice had ICE in it, not sure who thought that was a good idea but it’s NOT! Proceeded to open my “biscuit” and immediately noticed it looked more like a hamburger bun than a biscuit, the eggs appeared to be egg substitute or something definitely not egg, and it had cheap processed cheese (this biscuit was over 7.00) went ahead and ate it since I was already indebted. The biscuit was dry, egg whatever was gross, the bacon was good! Grits were average required a few backs of salt and pepper along with both butters they gave me. The orange juice wasn’t consumable guessing just the cheapest thing they could find to charge the most for. Unfortunately this will be my last visit here unless I catch wind of some...

I'm gonna say this as nicely as I can because I believe in constructive criticism, but I also work hard for my money and don't want others to be disappointed like I was. This picture is supposed to be chicken salad... $9 for a pint of hardly any chicken!!! I'm an Eastern NC native and I'm new in town so maybe y'all do somethin different round here but this made me SO upset. I thought this place looked like it would deliver for my comfort food craving today 😥 The chicken was so ground up you couldn't see it or taste it. The relish was way too sweet and chunky (I'm a pickle lover, but the proportions were off). I swear it tasted like cole slaw, so much so that after my first bite I had to double check to see if they gave me the wrong item. We also got a chicken biscuit and some breakfast bowls. Those were decent but bland. They gave us tons of hot sauce and salt/pepper packs. I will give this place another shot sometime soon because I hate that the corporate-owned Biscuitville is across the street stealing business. I'll update my review if I see improvement!

I was hoping I could dine in, but they still don't allow it. We ordered the sausage platter and one of their famous cinnamon rolls. Great biscuit! If you don't like flaky biscuits, you are going to love this one because it is like eating cake. The sausage patty was well done to assure you don't get sick. The has brown tile is easy to eat in the car. I didn't know how to approach the platter, so I made a sandwich out of the egg, sausage, and cake-like biscuit. The cinnamon roll came without any type of glaze, and I guess that is how they serve it. This is a very revered local spot, an institution of downtown Fayetteville.

Today is the first time that I have eaten food from here. We had the fried pork chop breakfast plate came with a buttered yeast roll, hash brown and scrambled eggs. I didn't go into the store so, I can't provide any information on service on the inside. We were provided silverware, salt & pepper, hot sauce, strawberry and grape jellies. The pork chop was fried and seasoned well. The roll was fresh and soft. The hash brown was cooked to a golden brown. I would recommend coming here. I will go there to dine in and I will provide an update.
