It's 4:18 pm on a Wednesday, July 16th. I waited in line in the the drive thru with one car ahead of me for 10 minutes. The speaker asked what my order was and I placed my order for 4 chicken wings and a medium strawberry soda. I pull up to the window and the girl asked me again what I ordered. I said 4 chicken wings and a medium strawberry soda. My receipt totaled $20.89. I asked how 4 wings and a soda could cost me over $20.00? The teller gal said they only had 2 wings available, but would I like a leg and breast for the other 2? I said sure. The manager came over and said no, no replacements. I would need to take 2 spicy or nothing. I said no thanks. I noticed 10 pieces of chicken for $10.99 M-W. I asked for that special. The window gal seemed confused about the receipt she had already printed and the manager came over and said what do you want? I explained to the manager that I wanted to change my order to 10 pieces for $10.99. The manager spoke frantically and fast without taking a breath, said she didn't have time to correct the order and I was to go somewhere else because she had other customers. Both the teller gal and myself looked at each other and was stunned at the manager's rude, rude, behavior and low quality demeanor. The manager said said she was busy. She said I was holding up her line. I was polite but was barely able to speak due to the fact the manager rumbled on and on. The manager refunded my money of $20.89 and said leave and don't come back. (The restaurant showed 2 people inside, 1 car behind me.) Well, sadly, I didn't get any food and politely, yet stunned, I drove away. My blood pressure rocketed as I was calm and polite throughout this event. I feel I'm not the only one treated this way. The 1 person in front of me also took a long time. At the time, there was no car behind me only the one in front. All in all, I hope the manager gets serious help or feels better soon. It shows a Mexicana sandwich which is what I wanted, which is what my heart desired and then when I went in person, I went to go order and I told the girl I want a Mexican sandwich with fries and a drink and she starts giving me attitude that we don’t have it and she starts like like rude rudely interrupting me. She’s like telling me no so I ordered classic sandwich or whatever and I spent like seven dollars on that. Read moreStopped at this location on 11/29/23 and had the worst experience. The food was fried in old burnt grease. The mashed potatoes were cold and the lid was open which caused the gravy to spill out and make the burnt grease fried chicken soggy. Needless to say I won’t be back!!! Sooo I went to return the order Ron the worker was unbelievable disrespectful to me. He disregarded me as a paying customer with a valid complaint about my order. He was short with me and wanted to whisper about my complaint.After telling me on the phone I would receive a full refund, he said he needed to call the manager. That was a contradiction to phone call. After refund was approved Ron spoke to my husband in a “man to man” referring to me as some invisible entity! Horrible customer service Church’s! I asked Ron for the manager’s name and he ignored me. I proceeded to inform Ron that I am the customer and should remember that, he continued to chat it up with my husband. My family usually orders from this location once or twice a month via DoorDash sooo I’m quite upset with the treatment I received in person. As I was leaving I informed Ron that I would be speaking to Angelina the manager. My husband asked for an apology and Ron declined because he didn’t like my attitude.
