Clean, nice staff but sub par nails. 😔

I came here 2 weeks ago for a full set of acrylics + gel polish & design (total cost was $62.00 not including tip) No wait to be seen when I arrived on a Saturday at 3pm with no appointment. It took them over 2 hours to complete my nails with 2 different women working on them.

I waited 2 weeks to write my review to see if the nails would break or scuff. So I could review the salon in every aspect.

After 2 weeks - no broken nails, some scuffed nails, 1 nail is lifting but all are still on. So that gets a 👍⭐ BUT none of my nails are the same shape, length or thickness. 😢

I may be a bit pickier than some women but I've had my nails done for over 7 years and I know a good nail tech from a bad one.

The ladies here are all very nice and the salon was clean... But there was no atmosphere. No tv, no music & my technician couldn't understand me very well so she wasn't talking to me much. It was dead quiet! 😕 I love to talk, so silence was awkward for me. Plus you can here the patrons of the business next door, through the walls. (Cuz it's in a little shopping mall where all the business share walls.) Still the ladies could have talked more.

I wasn't cut or in pain during my nail appointment which every one knows can ruin a great nail place.

They tried to their best but I just can't get over my nails not being all the same shape or length. It makes the whole hand look bad when they aren't uniform.

I got crystals on some of my nails add those held up very well. I didn't lose one crystal. 💯 Pisey put them on & made sure they would stay on.

But after she did my gel color, she started filing the sides & tips of all my nails... Scratching off the fabulous colors I chose!! (I chose 3 different colors) and the end result was my new nails being scratched and scuffed on the sides and tips! 😞 I even stopped and asked her WHY she was doing that and she said, "to make them look better and that after I put oil on them, you won't be able to see the scratch marks." Lol!!

You can very clearly see the scratch marks honey, oil dont fix filed off gel polish. Sorry.

Oh! And one nail had air bubbles in the color. Luckily it was a nail with glitter polish - so it was difficult to see if your not looking for it.

All in all ~ nice ladies, clean shop and no broken nails. BUT inconsistent shapes, lengths and thickness + lifting nails + air bubbles + scratched up gel polish. I won't be coming back sadly, but happy I tried it for myself to get a true idea of the salon.

My daughter treated me to a pedicure back in 2021. She expressed how liked how great the customer service was and how they did her nails.

This day was beautiful as it a special Mother-Daughter date. They offer an array of services other then the typical norm. To name a few: Unique French manicure, Indie nails, Ombré nails, Abstract Organic shapes, Velvet nails, Colour Block French manicure, Marble nails, Minimal nails, Coffin nails and more!

My daughter jumped on the popularity of the Ombré nails 💅 pink and white color. Hers turn out so beautiful, made me jealous! 😅 I liked hers more then mine LOL!
