Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Federal Way

I ordered two crisp burritos and a mexi fry.... I received one chrisp burrito one regular taco and a mexican fry. When I went back through the drive through and said that. I did not receive my correct order. The lady decided to argue with me about what I ordered after not giving me a receipt. She thengave me a receipt at the window. That had the wrong item rung in... After continuing to argue with me and say that her coworker even heard me say the word taco.... She then decided that she was going to ask me for my charge card again. So that she could refund the taco and charge me for the crispburrito. Absolutely astonished and disgusted...I said i'm not going to pay for their mistake. I drove off with a wrong order. And it was not at all what I wanted. The mexi fries where gross like. They've been sitting out for hours and then warmed up when I ordered them.... completely disgusting. To make things worse , they didn't charge my card for 2 more days....putting my balance off. Absolute worst experience for eighteen dollar fried food. I forgot that there is a reason I don't go to taco time,...

My four star rating does not have any thing to do with the actual business, Taco Time. Unfortunately, one of their staff members was having an off day. Max was not friendly, actually threw our number on the counter, it tipped over, when we ordered a drink, he threw our lid, cup and straw as well. It was actually comical-haven’t experienced this before any where.

When our order was delivered, only half of it was there. Fortunately, the kind person who delivered our food, cared, I’m sorry, I didn’t get her name. She quickly corrected our order and apologized. 3/7/23 at 11:45 am.

I appreciate Taco Times planet foot print awareness and sourcing locally grown products. Also, thank you for having menu items for the non meat eater.

Taco Time in Federal Way, WA off of Enchanted Parkway was actually pretty good. The restaurant was super clean, the service was good, and the food was surprisingly delicious. Oh and they are now using fully compostable products! And I mean EVERYTHING is commercially compostable, the cups, the food containers, the napkins, even the plastic like silverware is compostable! I sure hope other fast-food restaurants will soon follow Taco Time's example! Great job Taco Time, I am pleased to say that I will be a return customer and I definitely want to support your environmentally friendly standards in Hope's others will...
