Very unfortunate that I have to write this complaint at 2 AM instead of sleeping, because I had an extremely poor experience at this restaurant, one that I feel compelled to share. On July 21st 2024, I arrived at your location at approximately 1:09 AM. Despite there being two lanes, the line barely moved, and I did not reach the first window until 1:42 AM, as evidenced by my transaction receipt.
My order was simple: two cheeseburgers, a Hi-C, and a medium fry. When I arrived at the third window, the staff member handed me my food and walked away. Upon checking my order, I found the food to be cold. I politely informed the staff member, saying, "I don't want to be this customer, but my food is ice cold." She then snatched the food from my hand, rolled her eyes, and walked away. When she returned, she asked for my receipt, but I informed her that I had declined the receipt when asked earlier.
The staff member walked away again and engaged another team member, who came over to question me about the receipt. I reiterated that the previous window staff had taken my order and that I had declined the receipt. I emphasized that my food was cold and that I wanted a fresh serving. The second team member walked away, and I distinctly heard her say, “Then why come to McDonald’s?”
I asked the staff member if there was an issue she wanted to address, to which she replied that she wasn't talking to me. I pointed out that regardless of who she was talking to, it is unprofessional to speak negatively about customers where they can hear you. Eventually, the original staff member shouted to the cooks for a fresh order.
However, when I got home, I discovered that the food was not freshly made but simply reheated, likely in a microwave. This experience, coupled with the lack of professionalism displayed by your staff, is the worst I have ever had at any fast food restaurant.
I highly suggest that this location needs a thorough review of its management, staff training, and overall customer service standards. The behavior of the staff at windows two and three is a terrible representation of the McDonald’s brand.

I moved into the outside order and was alone as the inside order had been taken in the car had proceeded forward. I waited for about 30 seconds and then asked if anyone was there. No response another full minute and asked again still no response. After an additional 3 to 4 minutes and the arrival of someone else in the inside order board I asked again if anyone was there to take my order I finally got a response that they would be a few seconds more before they could take my order that a few seconds turned out to be approximately 10 minutes. Then when I got to the window I watched as my order had been passed into the car in front of me and then sent back into the window as they had given the car ahead of me which should have been behind me as I had been there five minutes longer. Once the food have been passed back into the car they immediately handed it to me with a drink which was supposed to be Coke and turned out to be dr. Pepper. Not one person apologized for the delay and getting my order no explanation was given as to why they couldn't take my order long before vehicle in the left lane received service. This isn't the first time that something went wrong with my orders here. It's a frequent issue having orders mixed up. Read morewent through the line and it took almost 30 minutes and ordered food and 3 drinks and they forgot to charge for for the drink and I told them at the second window that they forgot the two drinks and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it I would have to go back through the line again which was about 15 cars long and then threaten to call the cops on me and told me it was against there policy to fix anything at the second window, i told them i would hand them the money and i could wait for them out front they told me no, the manger refused to give a name claiming they we’re all teenagers and couldn’t give us anyone’s names or his, they had people backing up in the drive through yelling at them before i even got to the second window he even got out his car because they refused to help him because they charged him for the wrong order too the two girls there were clearing high their eyes red the night before and couldn’t even count the change out, I used to work here years before, it was just as bad mangers would scream at employees because they were more worried about the time of customers going through the drive through to have the quickest time then the orders even being correct I don’t think I’ve ever got a correct order here.
