Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

forgot to post this from a week ago. received a uncooked chicken sandwich so i took it back and got a refund. the person i’m assuming was the manager started walking to the register by the drive thru window so she could give me my refund said something along the lines of “i just had a chicken sandwich from that batch and mines wasn’t uncooked.” idk what she really meant by saying that because the girl i showed my uncooked sandwich to literally confirmed that my sandwich was indeed uncooked and yelled out “damn yall trynna kill the man.” just because your sandwich was cooked entirely doesn’t means mines was because clearly it wasn’t… but anyways the girl told one of the cooks that my sandwich was not done and almost every worker there (about 7 of them) came out being nosy and looking almost as if they thought i was lying 😂 i swear i never knew burger king had that many workers but apparently they do. i didn’t even realize that they had gave me a plain chicken sandwich until later on that day when i started thinking bout it even though i asked for the spicy one. at least the fries was hot and surprisingly had a good amount of salt on them. oh and don’t come here at night time. that’s when the laziest workers are working and will give you some of the oldest and most disgusting nuggets. my nuggets the other day tasted like they had been sitting under the...

BK Turned me back into a believer at least this location!

I used to eat BK years ago then stopped due to bad food not necessarily the service. So I decided on lunch break, I would give them another try. My go to was always their double cheeseburger 🍔 which through the years for some odd reason has shrunk in size(BK what is up with that, that’s not coo 🤨?!) nevertheless, I ordered that today with some fries. I was truly impressed; two nicely prepared all beef patties,two slices of melted gooey 🤤 😋 cheese, juicy crunchy pickles, ketchup and mustard on a sesame seed bun. Nicely hot to the point I almost burnt my tongue 😆 hot. I had to stop gobbling down my food and witness the steam from the burger with amazement😯 😌 I was taken aback. I never had a burger from BK hot and freshly made on order like this before. I know most will think “big deal😒I’ve had that done before” and I’m sure most people have, it’s nothing special. However for me, this was special and a first and hopefully not a last. Anyway enough of my rambling, thanks BK for a nostalgic, satisfying, and tasty experience I shall return.

P.S I would’ve taken pictures of how nice my burgers were but my appetite couldn’t wait...

really don't like writing bad reviews on businesses and i am a big fan of burger king but i recently had a bad experience at this location. i ordered a eggnormous meal with a coke . i pulled up to the window and was told to park to the side as the sweet tea was being freshly made . i then pulled to the side to notice i didn't even order a sweet tea so i waited around 8 mins for my food , then the car that was behind me got their food . i got out and started to wait inside and was handed two bags and my coke . one of the bags had my eggnormous without the hashbrowns and the other was two unknown sandwiches . i informed the employee that the sandwiches weren't mine but the eggnormous burrito was correct but was missing the hashbrowns . she apologized and told one of the cooks in the back and watched him drop the hashbrowns a little after and told her don't worry about the hashbrowns and walked out . I'm a tires sales manager at a local tire store and i would of dealt with the situation a little different . just hope in the future they would pay attention to some areas in serving customers some food for me , people traveling and the ones that...
