Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

The place was filthy! Food all over the buffet. Kids working there doing nothing besides talking laughing standing around, on their phones. All tables were dirty, choice of pizza was almost none or cold and hard. Noodles were empty and took until we were ready to leave for them to bring more out, sphagetti sauce dish was empty, dried out so instead of refilling dropped the spoon to scoop sauce out into the big pot behind it. Soup tasted nasty, salad was okay but the toppings I would have used were slimy and mushy (onions/green peppers). Last I checked those 2 items shouldn't be like that. Around the soda machines was a mess. And don't even get me started on the bathrooms!! The smell of BLEACH was SO strong in the bathroom you could hardly breath and your eyes just start burning. Talked to another lady who went after me and she told me when she heard them flush in men's bathroom stuff started coming up through drain in floor in women's bathroom. Manager never came out from behind the wall, these kids were basically unsupervised working at all times and doing nothing! One boy, curly hair (Christian)was the ONLY one working, he by himself was trying to get pizzas out, because of one pizza coming out at a time the people eating there would go up with there families and take all the pizza slices. Finally asked this kid if he could make a pizza and let me know when it was ready so I could possibly be able to get a fresh slice. He did come over immediately when the next pizza was done and tell me so a BIG shout out to Christian (not sure if that is how he spells his name so sorry if it is miss spelled). But he was actually working, nobody else was, they were mostly on their phones, chatting and laughing with each other. This place is dirty, disgusting I would NEVER recommend. Health department needs to go to this location on surprise asap! Sorry don't have photos I didn't have my phone with me. Was here on 7/29/23...

Went here at 6 pm on a Monday. When we first arrived, there was no line, and nobody was at the front. We waited a long time before someone finally showed up, and they only did because I went and got them. They tried to add large drinks for EVERYONE to my order without even asking, which added $14. Luckily, I noticed before paying! A stack of "clean" plates with VISIBLE FOOD ON TOP was being avoided by everyone. Only TWO pizzas out and available, and all of the desserts were rock hard. When the pizzas did come out, they were half crust and/or burnt on the bottom. My four year old was so disappointed, and said the pizza was gross(and it was gross). She was so excited to eat cinnamon rolls, but they were hard and she couldn't eat it. I got her a brownie while she waited for new cinnamon rolls to come out, and it was also incredibly hard. The entire tray of brownies was hardly touched, because everyone could see it was hard and burnt. We were here for an hour and a half, lots of pizzas and desserts came and went, but they were all horrible quality like I've described. It never improved. The customers were joking to each other about how there were no pizzas, and how gross the desserts were. We finally decided to leave when we were trying to enjoy the arcade, and I bumped into an EXPOSED SCREW that was sticking OUT of the side of the basketball game in there. Even the new brownie pizza was just not being eaten by anyone, because it was burnt. You could look around the restaurant and see piles of 1/3 eaten pizzas on the trash plates, because everyone was only eating the decent parts of the pizza, us included. If you mention the bad quality to the staff, they just stared blankly at you before walking away and shouting to someone else...

Never been a fan of the Cici locations in the Kissimmee and Winter Haven area due to terrible customer service and awful pizza so I stopped going but I was told by word of mouth to go visit the Davenport location and give it a try. I was hesitant but I was like you know what let’s give it a try . They said it was great so I went and took my family. I now understand what they meant! What a huge difference this location in Davenport is from the rest. The general manager Victor, was phenomenal making sure we were all set and didn’t need anything else. His hospitality couldn’t have been better! He was so friendly displaying great hospitality as soon as we stepped in. This place wasn’t just another restaurant where we enter as customers, instead, it honestly felt like we were more than welcomed, we were more like guest. Surprised other restaurants haven’t snatched this guy up for there own place, he really is good. Also they had a Magic show, it was incredible I believe his name was Chris. He was funny and also great with hospitality. The whole staff was good and friendly but Victor definitely and Chris are the reasons why my family and I had a blast. The pizza was so fresh and always changed, in past experience at other locations the pizza was left until the point it was dry. Cooperate should really take notes in how this location is ran, all Cici’s should run the same as Davenport. I rather drive far to Davenport to eat at Cici’s then eat at the ones closer to me.

People, they also have a retail store inside which is pretty convenient!!. Just a really awesome...
