Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

This Review is for Morning Crew - Order time was 6:45am

On vacation in Orlando for Walt Disney World we decided to have quick breakfast before going to Magic Kingdom first day once it opened. Rush into the closes Dunkin I can find and "Oh no!!" Someone just ordered the last of the Apple Caramel Croissant Doughnuts! However the young lady at the county didn't bat an eyelash and said "I can easily cook you some, just give me 10 minutes. Is that ok?" I told her what we were doing (the park was opening at 9am) and she assured me I'd be fine.

Well, go ahead and order 2 and a couple breakfast sandwiches and in 8 minutes (Yeah, I was watching the time on my phone) here's my sandwiches piping hot, two fresh doughnuts in an awesome carrying box and a nice cup of awesome DD coffee. Oh wow, warm and fresh croissant doughnuts, should have bought them all! Made Disney that day that much nicer!

I do not know how any other crew is, but the morning crew on October 11, 2016 was flat out awesome and deserve big hugs from my entire family for starting our day off...

Awful service. We were the only two people in the store. There were at least 3 employees working. They took our order right away, but it took over 5+ minutes to get the first drink. About 10+ minutes for the second drink. It took over 20 minutes to get our sandwiches! We took them to go, because at that point, we were in a hurry. When I opened my "sandwich" in the car, it was not what I had ordered, and wasn't even anything on the menu that it could have been misunderstood for. She has me repeat both of our sandwiches, twice when ordering them. The one I received wasn't even a sandwich, it was open face.

At one point I asked if our sandwiches were still coming. Someone who appeared to be the manager told me that they were working on them. No apology from anyone for the delay.

I'm not sure if they are in kahoots with the souvenir store connected (with open doors from the inside) so people will go over there to waste time and spend money, or if the service is just always that awful. Either way, I will never return to that store and don't recommend...

Slow, ordered 4 bagels and a French vanilla ice coffee. I specifically asked if they had any everything bagels before ordering and was told yes. Finally get up to the window, coffee was regular ice coffee. Once he corrected it, he shut the window. After about 5 mins he opens window and ask me if everything was okay. I said yes, I'm waiting for bagels. He then told me that only had 1 everything bagel. So I had to get the rest plain. Pull off, get half way down the road and realize the bagels are dry, there is a tiny and I do mean tiny amount of cream cheese on them. The taste? They had a very strange taste and u could not eat mine. Will never visit this location again. I came here yesterday morning for a coffee and all though the place was dead I waited 8 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the speaker. Finally after screaming and beeping the horn, I finally got someone. He did give me the coffee for free which was a kind gesture but this is still the worst Dunkin I have...
