This is my first google review ever because of my disgust for this place. I have given this Dunkin’ 4 tries in the past 3 days due to being here for vacation. The first time we waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with no cars, the coffee was not good but it wasn’t the worst. Day 2 there were about 6 cars waiting in the drive thru that hasn’t moved in 20 minutes. After everyone else left in anger we pulled to the window where the employee refused to acknowledge us for another 5 minutes but was seen standing there on her phone. Finally after knocking on the window she said the drive thru isn’t working. We told her that maybe she should put a sign up to let all of the people know and she said “we don’t have any.” We drove 7 miles to the next location. Trip 3: Got there before 6, doors were already locked. Day 4: Went for coffees and breakfast, didnt even attempt to use the drive thru after yesterday. The wait inside was unbelievable, it appears they only work on one whole order at a time, Whether it’s from someone inside or the drive thru. There were 2 people ahead of me and it took at least 25 for two croissants and frozen coffees. 1 sandwich was wrong and had meat on it, for a vegetarian and both were full blown cold. The frozen coffees were so sour we just threw them out because we didn’t want to get sick. A complete waste of 25 minutes and money. This has to be the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life, I don’t know how they’re still in business. Do yourself a favor and just drive to another one unless you want to buy things to throw directly...
Read moreThey get one star because the drinks were good, not due to the service. Completely rude. The only nice person was the one who brought out our drinks after they messed up the original order. The MANAGER was the rudest of the ones we encountered. Rude leadership=rude staff.
We simply asked to use a coupon and which of the drinks it would be applied to. When the lady didn't know how to figure it out, we asked to split the order and we would apply the coupon to just one of them. Instead of doing so, she went to get the manager. The manager, blonde hair, skinny, glasses, came up and first words "what's the problem?" We said there wasn't a problem and reiterated what we asked before. She applied the coupon and then handed us the wrong order, iced lattes instead of hot lattes. We told her the order was wrong and she had the audacity to say "you said ice but I'll change it". The correct response is "Oh I am sorry, let me fix that for you" Customer Service 101.
Couple things-no name tags nor a health inspection score was up.
We will not be back. We are visiting Destin for a long weekend and will make sure to never return. Judging by the other reviews, I am not surprised by...
Read moreAs someone who works at a Starbucks, I expected better from a coffee shop- nevertheless one of our biggest competitors. We walked in and had to wait around 5 minutes for one of the not one, not two, but FIVE employees to wait on us. Mind you there was nobody in the drive-thru, and there was one mother/daughter in front of us in line who only ordered donuts. My sister and I ordered two iced coffees, mine has 1 pump more of vanilla but was MUCH darker than my sisters, whose tasted like straight creamer. We ordered hashbrowns and a breakfast empanada, and it took a solid 10 minutes after ordering to receive them. We had to ask an employee about their status because we assumed they had forgotten, but no. Upon taking them out of the packaging, the hashbrowns immediately fell apart and were visibly charred. The employees weren’t necessarily rude, but they treated every customer in the building (those who entered after us) as an inconvenience to them as they carried on their conversations. We would have asked for a refund, but that probably would have taken another 15 minutes that we didn’t have to spare. VERY disappointed, will continue going to Starbucks who makes...
