Good food...DIRTY atmosphere. Food was very good, but drinks were weak and cleanliness was very disappointing. Originally sat at the bar, but moved because it smelled so bad. Mostly spilled drinks that were sticky and not cleaned up. 3 out of 4 tables were also full of trash and left over food. Nobody seemed to be cleaning them off. Very understaffed for a Sat evening. At one point I spilled my water and were were told we could change tables so we wouldn't slip, but it was never cleaned up. Bathroom also had paper towels and trash all over the floor. My wife and I probably won't be going back and we would definitely not take our kids.

Edit after owners response (21 Jan 20) Since I wasn't provided a way to send the owner a message as requested I'll just say that the staff was great, but appeared to be overworked and undermanned. I think it was Jan 2nd when we visited and we sat at a tall table near the bar (after moving away from the bar as previously mentioned). The bartender served us as well as several other tables while also tending to the bar. Again, service was great, but servers and cleaners were so few that they couldn't effectively do their jobs. When we left I counted about 6 dirty tables on the patios with customers eating near all of them. 45 minutes later when walking to our car I noticed the tables were still dirty. Nobody had done anything....

Worst experience we have ever had! At first we did not say anything, we were not sure if our waitress was training or what was going on. Drinks, chips and salsa were served right when we sat down. We ordered a cheese dip at this point. Ten minutes later, the cheese dip arrived. By this time, we were out of chips & salsa. So we asked for a refill of chips & salsa. The waitress brought out chips ten minutes later finally, after I had to ask yet another two times. Still NO salsa was brought to our table. I asked yet again about salsa later on. The refill on the salsa was never brought to us. Our entree finally got there. The food was very good. The food that we were actually served. That is the only reason I rated this place with one star.

When our entree arrived, my son wanted another cheese dip. So we ordered another one. The second cheese dip was never brought to us at all.

By this time, we were upset & asked for a manager. Manager apologized & we asked for the bill. We were so ready to just get out of there because of the horrible service, that we didnt even check the receipt until we got in the car to leave. We were charged for the second cheese dip that we never received.

10 out of 10 would not recommend!!!!!! To be clear I am Hispanic (cubana) and we need flavors extra seasoning is a must. If you don’t like seasoning or flavor then this is the place for you. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of themselves this is nowhere near authentic. Starting with the service my party of 5 was sat pretty quick but it wasn’t that busy so that was excepted. It took about 10-15 minutes before the server came to our table no big deal I guess. Okay so this is where everything goes downhill, our food came out within 5 minutes of us ordering (fast but sketchy). So my daughter ordered a burger because she loves burgers and fries. This burger looked like a big fake plastic square of sausage. She took a bite and almost threw up, she said it tasted like uncooked meat. Also the fries were very little and dry with no salt. The rest of my families food had no flavor and had bad texture (fajitas, barria tacos(horrible smdh), quesadillas, burritos). Also the water tasted like chlorine (Florida tap water) they could have at least given filtered water. We spent a lot of money here and it was a waste. The only thing that gave it a one star was the live music and esthetic, other than that it’s just unflavored rubber tasting...
