Joevany Kersaint, djchino, Diego, Stephanie, Alex security supervisor the most amazing experience of life!! These workers and so many more are the best in the business. I've never been to Orlando, and this is the place you want to be. ....I don't go out often, it has to be a whole vibe....and this...did it. As a person who has upcoming heart surgery, and is a young vibrant 34yr old woman, who is battling for her life....this truly made me feel so free. And I love that these workers here made me feel so safe, comfortable, and just living my best life. Tomorrow is never promised. This is what I needed before I face a very hard road ahead. I don't even want to leave because of this place. I am an event coordinator but on a no work order due to the condition of my heart. It's been an identity crisis not being able to do what I love. So before my life changes, I just needed to feel free. Not scared. I give my entire Orlando experience to this place. I came out here to help a lifelong friend who unfortunately took thousands of dollars from me when we landed. It took 2 days just to get water without embarrassingly asking hotel staff. This is the only place I've come to, as I have been battling "losing" so much money. Luckily the Orlando police are amazing, the hotels are so great, and so compassionate and saved me....the little time I have left my hotel room, I stumbled upon this. It's incredible but it's the STAFF that truly made me feel something I honestly cannot explain. I have many videos, and lives. I will be posting and promoting this place even as I battle getting back to Boston. Which I will. But in the meantime, lots of tears, this place felt like freedom and literation and love. I've had the time of my life. AS taken as I was....this felt like fate. This happy feeling I so badly needed before I face a hard long road.

I cannot wait to come back. To move here. I have a lot more to say about my experience and would like to go live to explain it more than a Google review it's been that profound for me.

Shout out to the management, the staff, ESPECIALLY the ones I got names of!!!, security, and entertainment. This is the place to be.

One comment though...WISH THEY DIDN'T CLOSE AT 2! lol! BUT my gosh what a whole experience I didn't even know I needed.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. We paid $75 each for a party of 3 for a reservation and dinner we were seated behind the stage upstairs so could not see the show and asked the server on more than one occasion to sit us at one of the open tables because as it states on the reservation notes that if you aren’t there by 8 then you forfeit your reservation . Also it says that parties are to be served on a first come first serve basis so we should’ve gotten a better seat. She said she would ask a manager when it was brought up and came back saying the manager said the “view was bad” as if I could not see the view from the other table. Later that is revealed to be a lie because I asked to speak with the manager before we left because of how bad of an experience it was. Not only was the manager super unprofessional he said “ I wasn’t the one to seat you “ and I advised well I asked the person who seated us to move us and she said she spoke with you and he said “he wasn’t even there yet” so that never happened. The seating was just the first of the nightmares of our night. There server was HORRIBLE. She rarely checked on, one of the meals took over an hour and a half to come out . All of the food was terrible and the drinks watered down. I reiterate the food was terrible definitely not worth the money. I advised how bad the service was how long we waited for food and this “manager” says he comped the deserts. However we were celebrating a birthday and even stated the birthday desert was already comped . So on a meal that ended up being almost $300 for rhe 3 of us , he took off $14 . That is insane and I advised him that was unacceptable and he threw his hands up and walked away. I will never go there again and make sure everyone knows this is a terrible waste of money and there are much better experiences to have while visiting Orlando. I was literally crying at the table because of what a terrible night this was as I was visiting from Los Angeles and that was hours and money I could not get back. Not to mention the no valet but $20 self park . That server was not good at her job and the manager was very unprofessional and should clearly not be in that role if every guest doesn’t matter. The food was terrible and the show was just very disappointing. We didn’t have high expectations for the entertainment but definitely of the service and quality of food and both severely lacked. I will make sure to post this review as many places as possible because that is just how bad this experience was. I only post bad reviews and surveys that could’ve been definitely better if people had been doing their job right . There are a few bars in this club. I had an open tab at one of the bars and my bartender was leaving for the night. I cashed out with her and went to the other bar I gave a new bartender my card and opened a tab. I returned to add to my tab and they could not find my card or my tab. They tried to tell me I had never given them my card! I asked management to review camera footage to find my card. Meanwhile, 3 other staff members are opening the register and looking behind the bar for my card. After 20 minutes this blonde bartender magically "finds" my card. At this point in the night this is the only open bar. I again go to the bar to make a purchase this same girl approaches and asks what I want. I said, "you lost my card last time I would like someone else to serve me" She replied,"that's it you are getting thrown out" Her manager comes over and informs me I cannot curse at staff and mistreat them and they want me to leave. I simply stated I was not comfortable giving her my card. I was not rude or disrespectful. She abused her power and lied in the face of being gone with my credit card. I drove an hour and a half to attend this club for a specific dj and friend of mine playing that night. I have NEVER given my cc in trust to a bar and my card goes missing. This woman may have been in the bathroom with it for all I know. It is extremely important to be able to trust your financial info with servers and the establishment they represent. She lied to remove me because she had been inappropriate. I had to order a new card today because the window when my card was missing also she was absent for a portion of it. I feel certain she is doing something shady such as skimming or credit card fraud. I would seriously encourage your upper management to...
