Worst service ever. Took the girl on the speaker around 7:50am July 26th 12x to get three drinks right who had the nastiest attitude ever. On our first ticket we had two. Then my boyfriend said we have a second ticket. And she goes wait so those two drinks are separate? and he says no we just have a second order. Then she mixed up the drinks, and we tell her them again, then she was like well that’s what I just said and she gave us a price for one drink and was like go on with the second order before I can clarify the drinks she had on there so it wouldn’t be anymore confusion on her end. And so I waited till my friend put his order in, then after I told her on the first order can she make sure my coffee was on the first order and she was like so you have a third ticket? And I said no. It was supposed to be on the first order and she goes okay just pull to the front after saying she was confused for the 3rd time and that she still had to put the order in. Then we get to the front. We pay, we get one drink. Then we pay for the second order. We wait maybe 3 mins and a different girl comes to the window and goes did you have so and so and we say yes and she was like did y’all already pay and we say yes and she’s like it says you haven’t and we’re like huh? And she’s like ummm ya be right back and she slowly backed up from the window to find out what happened. We then got our drinks. Driving off from there looking at mine I was short of coffee. From the mid of the dome lid to about an inch above the decaf line was whip cream. There was sooo much whip cream on top of my drink it’s ridiculous. I get this same drink at every Starbucks I go to and never experienced this. I’ve been here 4 times. One time when they opened, then twice the 3rd month they were open and then today. Service was s**t. I may come again in like 2years from now but no time sooner then that. Hopefully y’all get these things...
Read moreOver the last several months, I have been in this Starbucks 10 to 12 times a month. For the most part, they do a pretty good job, but they tend to get bogged down easily with high volume. Unfortunately, tonight I had to leave before I was able to get my drink. I had been waiting about 15 minutes, and because I had a personal cup, I had to go to the counter to ask for them to give it to me back so that I could leave. The manager very kindly gave it back to me with a brief apology, but not with an offer to quickly prepare the drink that I was supposed To get it and without an offer to refund. There were several other people that I noticed who waited quite a while for their orders, and got incorrect orders, originally, so they were also working on fixing that. Overall, this is a pleasant, friendly staff. Tonight, they were overwhelmed, and one of their machines was down. They were handling it with Grace, but I really would have liked a different resolution...

We've been here on numerous occasions with no issues? Today, all the guests in the entire café witnessed us being bullied; then, sat there in disbelief.
We, immediately, canceled our order & went down the road to our usual Starbucks.
At every SBUX location, we are always treated with kindness, dignity & respect. We sincerely appreciate everyone and look forward to our visits for coffee & conversation ☕️📰
Interesting to note, barista friends at the other cafe stated they had never of this NEW "policy" regarding service animals? A representative with the corporate office also confirmed this information. 🐕🦺
