UPDATE: Awesome jewelers. Thank you Paul & staff for everything. I dont make much money and have always sought the best deal to fit my budget. My wifes original wedding ring was not what i wanted for her (but she loved it). 3 years later i finally got her a beautiful ring. I let her pick so i know she would be happy with it. Instead of an expensive single diamond ring she picked out an affordable ring which had a cluster in the middle which she wanted solely for the setting that would one day wrap around a diamond to replace cluster. The money saved on this ring made it easier (2 months later) to find a 3/4 karat solitaire to replace cluster. Paul was able to bring the two together to create a one of a kind custom ring for my wife. I was worried it wouldn't be great because of the cost he told me on the phone when it was ready to pick up. Upon seeing for the first time it was amazing. My eyes were swelling cause i knew my wife was going to love it. We've been back n forth to many jewelers the past year or so trying to put something together and many were to jackson jewelers (the first & last place we visited). Paul knew of our finacial situation and offered many options & considerations I never thought of. This ring he & the team at Jackson Jewelers created literally brought my wife to tears when she saw it for the first time. I have never seen so much joy in so many tears before like i had from my wife that day. It was truly a moving & memorable experience. Thank you doesnt come close to my appreciation for their help, experience & professionalism every time i walked through their doors. I go nowhere else now.

2017: I had 3 watches worked on. A musical watch which had 3 batteries 2 of which were odd size. A pin for my Citizen watch band that came out on me & two links removed from my wife's MK watch. All of which were done while I waited (3 different visits) and all 3 done for less than $40.00 total. They were courteous & professional and didn't lack in service with my not so important inexpensive repair...an extremely low cost request was met with the upmost importance from there staff. We were in town for the day and I said, “Hey let’s just stop by the jewelry store and see what they have, we don’t have to buy anything today.” We parked and went inside where we were treated with amazing customer service that was very eager to help and let my fiancée try on different rings to see what cut and size she preferred. She decided she liked this ring and we left the store. When we got in the car I told her, “Let’s go on to Target and when we head back home, I’ll stop by and buy it for you.” She said, “Well, just give me some time to think about it.” So we go to Target, walk around, and complete some other errands. When we finally got back in the car to go home she said, “You know, I want that ring. That’s the one I want.” So, I stopped back in the store where they proceeded to remember both of our names, fit the ring, and change the setting from silver to gold (which the latter two happened over a week or so). I’d highly recommend this store because simply remembering my name meant so much in today’s world where such a thing doesn’t...

Not impressed. Very Rude. I walked in to buy a pair of Diamond stud earrings; Paul, one of the owners assisted me. He pulled a pair out of the case for me to see and held it in his hand, he refused to let me hold them, because the “stones were so big”. I’m not sure what he anticipated happening; but I was sitting down, maybe he profiled me and thought I was going to make a run for it lol. I got up and left, the way that I felt in that moment made me not want to do business there. Who spends a substantial amount of money on diamonds that you cannot inspect? Maybe they try to pass of synthetic stones as real, and that’s why they do not want customers taking a closer look. At any rate, I made my way to another local jeweler, where I was treated with respect. Graciously offered to hold and inspect the stones with a loupe to ensure my satisfaction. I would have loved to have bought $48,000 worth of jewelry from Jackson Jewelers, but I refuse to conduct business where I am...
